Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital
As Pharmacy Technician, you will assist in the provision of pharmacy services to patients, external organisations, and other hospital caregivers by providing technical support to pharmacists.
The role is offered on a Permanent full-time basis, working 38 hours per week
The Position:
Prepare, label, record and assist in the sterile compounding of medications, including cytotoxic drugs and total parenteral nutrition, under pharmacist supervision.
Manage ordering, receipt, storage and inventory control of pharmaceuticals and consumables, ensuring correct stock rotation and expiry checking across wards and departments.
Support dispensing, imprest distribution and delivery of pharmaceuticals—including restricted and Schedule 8 medicines—while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Assist with quality assurance, statistical reporting, charging processes, recycling of returned medicines and recovery of owing prescriptions.
Maintain pharmacy operations through equipment cleaning, extemporaneous manufacturing, emergency cupboard management, reception support and relief in senior technician roles as required.
You will be familiar with the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme and dispensing procedures. You will also be familiar with or be prepared to undertake training on preparation of cytotoxic medications.
To succeed you will have well developed verbal and written communication skills and a knowledge of medication terminology. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised to meet deadlines. You will be required to demonstrate attention to detail, instructions and work procedures with the ability to document accurately and neatly.
Possession of or progress towards Certificate IV Medical Technicians and Assistants (Pharmacy) or equivalent will be highly regarded.

Requirements for the role
- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner

- Please Note:Due to the advanced clinical requirements of this role and the nature of the Emergency Department, we are unable to consider applications from Transitional Nurse Practitionersat this time. About the role
This exciting position is for a Registered Nurse with a passion for Rural Health. The position will work across all domains in the MPS including our 12-bed residential aged care facility and Community Primary Health
The primary site for this position is Gulargambone but there may be a requirement to work in other sites such as Gilgandra and Coonamble MPS.
Attraction points include diversity, great learning opportunities in a supported environment.
Rural nurses are called on to respond to a broader range of emergency and health needs, hence are encouraged and supported to develop skills to work to the top of their scope of practice, experiencing far greater autonomy than in larger hospitals.
Our rural based multipurpose sites are small hospitals and some also contain aged care. Rural nurses work across settings in emergency, acute care, aged care, chronic disease, child health, primary care, mental health, dialysis, palliative, and health promotion. Nurse work in small teams or on their own, supported 24/7 by a world leading virtual care model utilising state of the art telehealth technology.

About the Department / Program
Engineering & Infrastructure Department is responsible to ensure that Monash Health facilities, buildings & infrastructure assets are managed & maintained at appropriate standards for critical health services delivery. We are responsible to ensure all our buildings, facilities & infrastructure are built & maintained to meet all relevant mandatory statutory regulations, codes, standards & guidelines.
About the Role
Join our team as an A Grade Electrician on a full time 5 day position to work at Kingston Centre Hospital based at Cheltenham. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the Facilities Manager and working with the broader Trade and Facilities team.
- This hands on role encompasses the inspection, repair and diagnosis of electrical faults with hospital plant and equipment to ensure it’s safe, reliable and efficient operation.
- Electrical installation work will be required.
- Assist with the effective management and operation of the electrical LV and HV infrastructure operations and maintenance.
- Assist with the effective management of the programed planned maintenance regime for the electrical infrastructure and assets.
- Manage reactive and planned maintenance requests using CMMS.
- Review and update asset registry as required.
- Assist with writing technical specifications, scopes, tendering and procure services within MH policies and guidelines when requested.
- Assist with effective contract management & contractor conformance with contract requirements & OHS legislation.
- Become actively involved and support the engineering managers to deliver facilities management services across Monash Health facilities when requested.
- Maintain a regular cycle of risk identification, assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Provide advice regarding other key areas of planning, generate ideas and provide innovative solutions to enhance delivery of maintenance and electrical services.
- As a member of the Engineering Electrical team the position will actively lead and promote the Vision, Mission and values of Monash Health, be customer focused and participate in the development and review of the Engineering Services strategic plan when requested.

The Team
The Deloraine District Hospital is a 20-bed Acute care facility that includes Palliative Care and General Medical Care. The Hospital coordinates the delivery of a broad range of community and allied services within the Meander Valley. The Role
- Coordinating, managing, leading and supervising allocated undergraduates' students of rural nursing, paramedical and allied health professionals.
- Ensuring all students are supervised in practice according to the requirements of the professional registration body and workplace guidelines.
- Collaborating with local health care organisations in providing guidance and support for rostering of students during PEP.
You will need
- Demonstrated high level relevant clinical experience, knowledge and skills with the ability to apply educational principles to motivate students and staff and promote learning and teaching outcomes in healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills including the ability to coordinate learning and teaching of undergraduate health care students in both team and individual working environments.

The Team
The Department of Medical Imaging at the Royal Hobart Hospital is a multidisciplinary team of radiologists, radiology registrars, radiographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses, administrative staff and systems personnel. As Tasmania’s principal tertiary referral imaging service, the department provides comprehensive diagnostic and interventional radiology, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, general radiography, fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, interventional radiology and interventional neuroradiology.
The team works closely with the Emergency Department, inpatient and outpatient services, multidisciplinary teams and other hospitals across Tasmania to provide timely, safe and patient-centred imaging care. It also supports statewide service delivery, particularly for complex tertiary imaging, interventional radiology and interventional neuroradiology.
Within the Department of Health, the team contributes to clinical care, medical education, registrar training, research, quality assurance and continuous service improvement. Staff work collaboratively across professional disciplines to ensure imaging services are responsive to the needs of patients, referring clinicians and the broader Tasmanian community.
The Role
The Medical Receptionist/Audio Typist will
- Provide medical receptionist duties for the Department of Medical Imaging including scheduling of patient appointments, explanation of procedures, front desk patient reception and answering telephone enquiries.
You will need
- Experience in the use of radiology information management systems and the ability to rigidly follow data entry processes.
- Experience in medical reception for a medical imaging service and sound knowledge of medical and radiological terminology.

About The Opportunity
Bowral Hospital is offering an exciting Staff Specialist opportunity for an experienced Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to play a key role in delivering high-quality care to the Southern Highlands community. In this role, you will provide contemporary, evidence-based Obstetric and Gynaecological services across inpatient, ambulatory and on-call settings.
You will contribute to the delivery of safe, patient-centred care through effective clinical assessment, management and documentation, while supporting multidisciplinary collaboration and continuity of care. You will actively participate in clinical governance activities including quality improvement, peer review, patient safety initiatives, accreditation processes and compliance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
The successful applicant will also contribute to the education, supervision and mentorship of junior medical officers and medical students, supporting training programs aligned with NSW Health, SWSLHD and HETI requirements. What You'll Be Doing
Provide clinical management and treatment of patients in a SWSLHD facility under your care. This care will be provided within the clinical privileges granted by the CE on the advice of the SWSLHD Medical and Dental Appointments Advisory Committee.
Bowral provides pregnancy and birthing care for approximately 550 women a year as a Level 3 Maternity service. We have strong links with Campbelltown and Liverpool Hospitals for onward referral where complexity exists. We also run an outpatient gynaecology service, providing minor procedures, colposcopy, family planning and termination services, with access to operating theatres providing laparoscopic procedures up RANZCOG level 4.

Your part in The Wesley Hospital team
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care to patients before, during and following cardiac procedures.
Complete comprehensive pre- and post-procedure clinical assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
Prepare patients for cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring all relevant clinical and procedural requirements are met.
Provide nursing support during procedures, working collaboratively with cardiologists and the wider Cath Lab team.
Monitor patients closely, including cardiac rhythm, vital signs and clinical condition, and respond appropriately to changes or complications.
Administer medications safely and effectively, including medications associated with cardiac procedures and patient recovery.
Provide post-procedure care, including monitoring for complications, wound and vascular access site assessment and ongoing clinical observation.
Educate and support patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, medications and ongoing care requirements.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide clear, timely clinical handover.
Work collaboratively with cardiologists, cardiac technicians, anaesthetic staff, nurses and other members of the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control, clinical safety and procedural practice.
Contribute to a positive team culture and exceptional patient experience.
To succeed in this role, you will have well-developed clinical assessment, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide safe, responsive and compassionate care within a fast-paced cardiac environment. You will demonstrate sound clinical judgement, strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills, together with a commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence.
You will hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, along with recent clinical experience in an acute hospital environment. Previous experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab, cardiac, coronary care or perioperative setting will be highly regarded; however, we are also interested in Registered Nurses with strong acute clinical skills who are looking to develop their career within cardiac nursing and procedural services.

Your part in The Wesley Hospital

Clinical Nurse Educator – Anaesthetics
Are you an experienced nurse educator, senior anaesthetic nurse or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Anaesthetics, with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, who thrives in a complex clinical environment and is passionate about supporting nurses to feel confident, capable and valued in their roles?
An exciting opportunity is available for a Clinical Nurse Educator in Anaesthetics at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH), one of Australia’s leading quaternary referral hospitals.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a complex 24/7 specialty service, supporting staff through education, clinical guidance and professional development — ultimately helping to strengthen patient safety, staff confidence and retention.
What you'll be doing
This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys a challenge and wants to work alongside experienced clinicians in a highly specialised environment.
You will play a key role in:
- Supporting nurses working in a complex anaesthetic environment to develop and maintain their clinical capability
- Providing education, coaching and clinical support to staff across a 24/7 service
- Building staff confidence and capability in managing complex anaesthesia
- Promoting safe, evidence-based clinical practice and positive patient outcomes
- Supporting staff through the challenges of working in a high-acuity specialty
- Contributing to a positive learning culture where staff feel supported, empowered and confident in their roles
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to identify education needs and drive improvements in practice
What we're looking for
We are seeking a passionate and experienced nurse educator who brings both strong clinical expertise and a genuine commitment to developing others.
To be successful, you will have:
- Relevant experience in nursing education and teaching, with a minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Recent clinical experience in providing care and support in complex anaesthesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with staff at all levels
- A supportive and approachable manner, with a genuine interest in helping others succeed
- The ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced and constantly evolving clinical environment
- A commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence and continuous improvement
