Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our allied health team in delivering exceptional therapeutic services across NDIS, community, and aged care settings. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for clients across the lifespan.
What You'll Be Doing- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver tailored physiotherapy interventions in community settings, clients' homes, clinics, and residential care facilities
- Support individuals with mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and functional goals
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, carers, and support coordinators
- Maintain accurate documentation, outcome tracking, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to a quality-driven and client-centred therapy approach
- Qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in NDIS, aged care, or community health settings highly regarded
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to deliver person-centred care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Valid Australian working rights, driver's licence, and relevant clearances/insurances

About the Role
We're looking for Speech Pathologists to join our growing Sydney team. You'll enjoy a diverse caseload, strong professional support, and the flexibility to shape your career.
In this role, you'll:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
- Support clients of all ages to achieve meaningful goals
- Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide therapy in-person and via telehealth
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
