Role: House Manager - Interim Care

In this role, you'll work alongside a Case Manager and Therapeutic Specialist to create a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children and young people in residential care.

You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting and mentoring staff, and young people to develop essential life skills, stay engaged in education, and maintain meaningful connections with family, community, and support networks.

This position is offered as a permanent full-time opportunity working Mondays (allocated as an admin day) 9:30am - 3:30pm, with Tuesdays to Fridays supporting the team on the floor from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
