We are looking for a Support Worker to empower people with disabilities to live their best lives by providing compassionate, personalised support that allows them to thrive and participate actively in their communities.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide support with household duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
• Advocate for clients' needs and preferences, ensuring their rights and choices are respected.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised support plans.

• A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability (or equivalent); students welcomed.
• A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check.
• Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People.
• A positive attitude with flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including passive overnight shifts.
