Maari Ma Health in Broken Hill is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant - Diabetes Education to lead diabetes education within a GP-led team. The role includes outreach delivery to regional communities with occasional travel and overnight stays. The successful candidate will be an AHPRA-registered nurse with a Diabetes Education qualification (Graduate Certificate/Diploma) and credentialing with ADEA, plus experience in diabetes and chronic disease management, and strong communication skills.
