We’re looking for an energetic, visionary and collaborative Director of Medical Services to lead medical services across the Lower Mid North Coast Sector, including Manning Base Hospital in Taree, on the stunning Barrington Coast.
This is an exciting time to join the team, with the Manning Base Hospital redevelopment progressing towards Stage 2, backed by a $100 million investment. You’ll have a unique opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare for the local community.
You’ll also join an experienced network of 11 DMS professionals across HNELHD, working collaboratively to drive innovation, excellence and positive change.

About the Role:
As DMS, you’ll lead the way in delivering exceptional healthcare while creating a positive workplace culture.
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the medical workforce and services, driving excellence in patient care.
- Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and Director of Nursing to shape the sector’s goals and future direction.
