Job Description

We are eager to welcome an experienced Associate Dentist to join the team on a full-time basis in January 2027, working a minimum of 4 days per week. With a broad scope of clinical work available, you'll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of general, cosmetic, and advanced dental treatments.You'll provide comprehensive dental care while building lasting patient relationships and continuing the high standard of care the practice is known for.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in general dentistry
• AHPRA Registration & Indemnity Insurance:Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance or be eligible to obtain.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with patients and support staff.

• Monitoring KPIs, budgets and practice performance.

• Previous management experience, ideally within a dental, medical or allied health practice.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and leading through change.

Dental experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We're open to experienced leaders from other industries who have transferable management skills and are willing to learn the dental side of the business.
