Around the world, men are facing a health crisis: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and suicide. At Movember we're on a mission to change the face of men's health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer healthier lives.
Every project, every campaign, every idea adds up to real change. You'll be part of a moustache-powered crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling.
DO GOOD. Work for Movember. Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it):Prostate cancer doesn't affect all men equally. Movember's Prostate Cancer Health Equity and Personalised Cancer Care initiatives exist to change that, and this role sits at the operational heart of both.
As Program Manager, Prostate Cancer Health Equity and Personalised Cancer Care, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management, coordination, and delivery of Movember's international programs across these two interconnected initiatives. That means owning the full program management lifecycle across a complex portfolio of grant-funded projects, convening and network activities, cross-market knowledge sharing, and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Director, Prostate Cancer Health Equity and Personalised Cancer Care.
Your day-to-day work spans the full arc of program delivery. You'll manage project plans, milestones, and tracking tools with precision, maintain partner and stakeholder contact systems, coordinate cross-market learning, and integrate input from subject matter experts and patient lived experience voices into planning and delivery. You'll manage grant programs from end to end, from discovery and request for proposals through peer evaluation, contracting, implementation, and evaluation. You'll produce progress reports, develop communications and programmatic assets in collaboration with Marketing and Communications, and contribute to knowledge translation materials including presentations, video scripts, and key project documents.
Budget and contract oversight is a core part of the role. You'll lead fiscal year budget planning, track and reconcile grantee invoices and payment schedules, support contract and grant agreement execution in partnership with Legal and Finance, and produce annual program report cards across all active grant programs in your portfolio.
Stakeholder relationships are central to how this role operates. You'll work closely with the Social Impact team, engage proactively with Movember's governance, technical, creative, and fundraising areas, and facilitate knowledge exchange across the prostate cancer portfolio and with external partners globally.
This is a role for someone who brings both strong program management discipline and genuine fluency in health equity and implementation science, and who is driven by the belief that where you come from should not determine the quality of the cancer care you receive.
No Moustache Required -but the following are:Relevant graduate qualifications in a health-related discipline, health science, or population health.
Substantive experience in health equity, this is a must.
At least five years of program and project management experience within a health-related environment, with demonstrated training in project management methodology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration ability.
Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts, negotiate effectively, and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and planning skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrated hands on proficiency with project and task management software such as Asana, including task creation, milestone tracking, and reporting, as well as working familiarity with SmartSheet, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Box.
Ability to operate independently, make sound decisions, and seek direction where required.
Proficiency in analytical thinking and the ability to convey complex implementation science frameworks clearly and concisely.
Financial skills to develop and monitor large and complex budget plans.
Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
Discretion and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Knowledge of the prostate cancer or oncology setting.
A project management certification.
Experience working directly on programs or initiatives addressing health disparities, inequities, or underserved populations in the prostate cancer space.
Global program management experience.
Working for Movember, you'll help turn ideas (and moustaches) into millions for men's health. Every bit we raise changes the face of men's health by funding research, improving treatments, and supporting programs that help save lives
We're even shaping government policies on men's health worldwide. By meeting directly with lawmakers, and helping them understand how more investment on men's health benefits not just men, but all the communities they serve.
GOOD VIBES:We love weekends. That's why our Fridays finish early for nine months of the year. But we also love our office vibe. Because here, it always feels like something big is about to happen. Be it an office-wide surprise birthday party (with cake!) or an open invite for all to hit the pub.
Come the hairy season, the energy cranks up. We're talking celebrity visits. Live stunts on-site for TV and radio. And when we hit a fundraising milestone, the office gong might even go off. But, for those who prefer calm, no probs: hybrid working means you work where you feel best.
GOOD CREW:Spoiler alert: we're a no-ego, all-impact crew. That means everyone gets a say, from new starters to those leading the charge. Collaboration over hierarchies, curiosity over rigid process. And it's true across all our offices worldwide. We work as one, sharing expertise and celebrating wins. All in the name of making the biggest impact across the globe. United, we Mo.
We offer:
Flexible hybrid working from home and our modern Richmond office
Finish work at 2pm on Fridays (Dec-Aug)
NFP salary packaging (pay less tax)
13 weeks paid parental leave and 5 weeks annual leave
Fun & collaborative culture with employee social events
Free Headspace subscription and other wellbeing initiative
Relaxed dress code
Boy, do we know the feeling of being judged. (Over how we look, and other things that shouldn't matter.) Being different is how we started. And it's also helped us raise $1 billion for men's health. So, we know the power of diverse experiences, skills and perspectives.
And another impressive number is our WGEA gender pay gap: it sits at a big, fat, round 0%. If you've got the relevant skills and the right attitude, let nothing stand in your way of firing off your application.
Movember is stronger when Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are part of our crew. We want you to feel supported in exploring opportunities with us. That's why before applying, we invite you to yarn with Raymond Rosendale, Australian Indigenous Programs Manager, in a virtual catch-up to talk about the role, our community work, or just to share ideas.

Men are dying too young - and it doesn't have to be that way.
Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it):
Men in Mind is Movember's evidence-based training program for mental health practitioners, building their capability to engage men effectively using gender-responsive, strengths-based approaches. Backed by a randomised controlled trial and established at scale across Australia, the program is now expanding into new international markets, and the evidence generated along the way is what determines whether and how it scales.
As Social Impact Manager, Men in Mind Mental Health, you'll lead the design, measurement, evaluation, and learning across the Men in Mind mental health program, with a focus on international markets currently including the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. You'll sit within the Health Systems Portfolio's dedicated Social Impact team, working closely alongside the Social Impact Manager responsible for the Australian primary care rollout, and you'll report to the Global Director, Social Impact.
The heart of this role is managing the pilot evaluations that gate scale decisions. In North America, funded partnerships begin with a pilot before a decision on wider rollout, and the evidence you generate is what makes that decision possible. You'll set the evaluation questions, agree the measures that need to hold across markets, commission and manage local evaluators in each market, and bring their findings together with Movember program data into one coherent account of what Men in Mind achieves in different health systems and national contexts.
Beyond evaluation management, you'll lead outcomes and impact measurement across the program, maintain the core dataset that allows results to be compared and combined across markets, and produce high-quality reports for partnership, executive, and board audiences. You'll translate complex data into accessible formats for a wide range of stakeholders, contribute to sector publications and conference presentations, and use evidence to drive continuous improvement in program design and delivery across markets.
Stakeholder relationships matter as much as the data. You'll build trusted working relationships with partner organisations, funded evaluators, government stakeholders, and sector partners across three international markets, embedding shared monitoring, evaluation, and learning practice and ensuring that what's learned in one market flows meaningfully into the others.
This is a role for someone who understands that rigorous, timely evaluation is not an administrative obligation but a strategic asset, and who is genuinely motivated by the prospect of using evidence to improve how mental health practitioners engage with men. Based in Melbourne, 12-month fixed term contract. Regular engagement across North American and European time zones is a core part of how this role operates.
No Moustache Required -but the following are:
At least five years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, ideally within mental health, health promotion, workforce development, or not-for-profit sectors.
Demonstrated experience operationalising and managing monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks for complex, multi-site, or multi-market programs.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering pilot evaluations where findings inform a decision about whether and how to scale.
Experience commissioning, briefing, and working with external evaluators or research providers, including reviewing deliverables and holding quality standards.
Strong quantitative and qualitative research and data analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into accessible insight for diverse audiences including partners, senior leadership, and government stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience leading social impact workstreams and influencing without direct authority across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across all levels of an organisation and with external partners.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple markets simultaneously.
Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with partners across different health systems and national contexts.
Computer literacy including data visualisation tools and monitoring, evaluation, and learning platforms, and the ability to learn platforms such as Asana.
Flexibility to work across North American and European time zones.
A genuine passion for improving men's mental health outcomes through evidence-based program delivery.
Not Mission Critical- but for extra street cred:
Knowledge of men's health and of mental health practitioner training or workforce development.
Familiarity with implementation science concepts and their application to scale and sustainability decisions.
Familiarity with the health systems of Canada, the United States, or the United Kingdom.
Experience with data sharing, privacy, and ethics requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Experience evaluating programs delivered with commercial, insurer, or philanthropic partners.
Experience measuring digital or direct-to-consumer learning products, including reach, completion, and revenue-related measures.
Relevant postgraduate qualifications in public health, evaluation, research, or a related discipline.
