Be Part of the Next Big Growth Story in Care
AtMy Guardian, our goal is simple: to provide exceptional, deeply personalised care that helps people of all ages and abilities live with dignity, comfort, and true independence. We don't just "fill shifts", we match compassionate, dedicated people with clients who truly need them.
We are expanding fast! We are rapidly scaling our services across Pascoe ValeVIC and surrounds. We are currently building an elite pool of top-tier Home Care Workers who want to be first in line as our client base expands in these new regions.
If you are based in or around Pascoe ValeVIC or our other expansion cities, we want to get you on our books now. Our client pipelines are growing incredibly quickly, meaning you'll be vetted, ready to go, and at the top of the list for immediate, regular hours the second the perfect match lands.

- True Companionship: Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional wellbeing.
- Independence at Home: Personal Care, helping with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes safe and comfortable.
- Community Connection: Getting clients out and about-driving them to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.

- Experience in Care: A solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
- Great Communication: The ability to document care accurately and communicate effectively with families and coordinators.
- The Essentials: A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).

When you join us, you get:
