About the RoleWe are seeking a Wellbeing and Safety Program Manager to lead our Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) and Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) programs. This role is responsible for managing staff, overseeing complex case management, and coordinating multidisciplinary responses to ensure high-quality, culturally safe and trauma-informed services.
The Program Manager will supervise and support staff, provide leadership in program delivery, facilitate case reviews and debriefings, and contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement across BRAMS.

- Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, community services, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a management or leadership role, including direct staff supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in program management within wellbeing, family violence, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of family violence frameworks and trauma-informed, culturally safe practice.
- Experience supporting staff through supervision, mentoring, and workforce development.
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal health, wellbeing, and community contexts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
In addition to a competitive salary of $130,000 we offer:

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated General Practitioner who is dedicated to and passionate about providing high quality, culturally sound health care within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. As a key member of the Kalwun Health team, you will be working closely with the clinical team as well as providing a comprehensive client experience. Position OverviewThe Registered Nurse Level 1 (Dialysis Nurse) is based in Kununurra on a Full-time basis. You will play a vital role in delivering culturally safe nursing care to clients with renal health needs. This position requires managing a client caseload, supervising new staff, and contributing to the continuous quality improvement of services at the Renal Health Centre. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and their families.
- Manage a client caseload and deliver nursing care in accordance with protocols and best practise guidelines.
- Supervise and educate new staff, supporting their integration into the team.
- Utilise assessment tools to evaluate clients' responses to treatment and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Coordinate shifts and ensure safe, effective care delivery in the absence of senior staff.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and skilled nurse with a commitment to Aboriginal health and community service. You will possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and be able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Hold a current nursing certificate and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency registration.
- Have at least 18 months of experience in haemodialysis nursing or be enrolled in a training program.
- Demonstrate experience in supervising junior staff and promoting a positive team culture.
- Possess a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one.
The salary for this position is $110,173per annum pro rata. Additional benefits include:
- Accommodation allowance of $13,000 per annum pro rata
- Annual airfare allowance of $1,800 after 12 months of service,
- Relocation reimbursement of up to $5,000 upon providing receipts,
- Optional salary sacrifice of up to $30,000 per annum pro rata.
