About the role
- Report to the Executive Director First Nations Health and work closely with the L&D Manager to deliver Aboriginal cultural capability initiatives across the organisation
- Lead an Aboriginal Cultural Capability Facilitator, providing guidance and mentoring to enhance workforce capability, inclusion, and wellbeing
- Lead the design, delivery, evaluation, and reporting of cultural capability programs to strengthen Aboriginal cultural capability, cultural safety, responsiveness, and inclusivity across the organisation
- Build and maintain respectful partnerships with local Aboriginal communities and key stakeholders to support culturally informed and responsive service delivery
- Influence organisational governance, policies, and service models to embed Aboriginal perspectives, align with NSW legislative priorities, and integrate Aboriginal-specific strategies into broader planning
- Produce high-quality reports, briefs, and submissions for senior leadership while developing targeted strategies to support training completion, program compliance, and continuous improvement across competing operational priorities
About you
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, hold a current unrestricted NSW driver’s licence, and be willing to travel (including overnight stays) across the catchment
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record leading teams, creating and implementing workforce development initiatives, and embedding Aboriginal perspectives into organisational culture
- Skilled in designing, managing, and delivering cultural capability, cultural safety, and workforce development initiatives, with strong project management skills and knowledge of relevant government frameworks, policies, and legislation relating to Aboriginal people
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, and communication skills, with the ability to centre Aboriginal voices, address cultural capability challenges, and influence change across diverse workplace settings
- Proven ability to strategically engage and collaborate with Aboriginal communities, leadership teams, internal stakeholders, and external organisations
- A supportive leader committed to mentoring, advocating for staff, and fostering a culturally safe and inclusive workplace

About the role
- Lead financial accounting and reporting for St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, overseeing month-end/year-end close, financial statements, cash flow, fixed assets, leases, Trust Funds and statutory reporting.
- Provide senior technical accounting leadership across complex areas including revenue, grants, capital works, leases, provisions and other significant accounting matters, ensuring sound judgement and compliance.
- Strengthen financial governance, controls and risk management, maintaining GL integrity, reconciliations, delegations, audit readiness and timely escalation of material financial risks.
- Lead audit and compliance activities, coordinating internal and external audits, resolving findings and ensuring all statutory and NSW Health reporting obligations are met.
- Lead and develop the financial accounting team while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, reporting and stakeholder relationships to strengthen financial performance and control.
About you
- CA/CPA qualified with significant senior-level financial accounting experience, ideally within a complex healthcare, public sector or highly regulated environment.
- Strong technical accounting expertise, with a proven ability to navigate complex accounting matters, apply Australian Accounting Standards and exercise sound professional judgement.
- Experienced financial leader who can lead month-end/year-end reporting, statutory compliance, audit processes, financial controls and risk management.
- Strategic and commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Confident people leader and change driver, with a track record of developing high-performing teams, improving processes and systems, and building effective relationships across a complex organisation.

The Unaccredited Trainee will participate in a seven-day per week roster which includes evening and night shifts and will demonstrate proficiency in the initial assessment and management of all medical and surgical emergencies in paediatric and adult patients.

Key Responsibilities

The position supports pre-requisites for future training positions with the Australian College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM).
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia with a minimum of Level 2 Supervision. This position is subject to an appropriate supervision level which can be supported by the health agency. If the incumbent's registration conditions include supervision requirements, the level of supervision must be able to be supported by the health agency for this role.
- At least four years' post graduate experience in public hospital service (or equivalent).
- Significant experience in an Australian Emergency Department or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a supervised environment and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective oral and written communication skills and demonstrated good organisational and time management skills.
- Evidence of continued professional development and commitment to self education.

The Registrar/Senior Registrar works under the direction and supervision of Specialist Medical Staff, and is responsible for:
- Adherence to professional protocols, policies, clinical pathways and standards.
- Demonstrating sound judgement and competence in accordance with skills and knowledge when undertaking tasks.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of private and public inpatients and outpatients within the allocated site/facility. Provide after-hours emergency as determined by the relevant work unit.
Strongly desirable selection criteria:
- Applicants must be confirmed by the local Tasmanian Directors of Training or their respective faculty as being on the training pathway of either The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM).
- Applicants must have already secured a placement in a Medical Centre listed under the relevant Commonwealth Section 19(2) Direction, which authorises participation in the Single Employer Model (SEM) program.
- Only those meeting the above two criteria will be considered for the GP registrar position within the SEM Pilot Program.
- Special consideration will be given to applicants whose accepted general practice placement is located in a rural or remote areas classified as MMM 3 or above.

The Role

- Provides support to people living with diabetes, their families, and carers under the supervision of the CNS or CNC.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned resident and estate accounts to support timely, accurate and compliant collection of aged care fees
- Engage with residents, family members and representatives to resolve outstanding accounts in a respectful and values‑led manner
- Negotiate and manage payment plans where appropriate, including monitoring compliance and follow‑up
- Address objections, disputes and sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and sound judgement
- Identify potential financial risk and assist in proactively managing and reducing aged debt
- Collaborate with operational, clinical and corporate teams to support effective end‑to‑end billing and collections processes
- Support reporting and data insights related to collections activity, debts and payment trends as required

Previous theatre nursing experience and a sound understanding of sterilisation and CSSD practices are essential.
You will have:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in CSSD at a supervisor/manager level with some knowledge and experience with sterilisation of reusable medical devices

- An understanding of the loan instrument and equipment processes
- Certificate IV in Sterilisation Services
- A commitment to excellent customer service and quality improvement

About the Role
Join CALHN’s dedicated NDIS Assessment Team as a Senior Occupational Therapist, providing specialist assessment, intervention and assistive technology support for people with complex disability needs. Help patients move through hospital and into the right supports with confidence and continuity.
- Provide specialist OT assessment and intervention for complex NDIS patients
- Prescribe assistive technology and shape NDIS recommendations
- Lead complex discharge planning across acute and sub-acute services
- Partner with NDIA, community providers and multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor clinicians and support OT education, quality and practice
About You
You’ll bring advanced occupational therapy expertise, sound clinical judgement and a collaborative approach to supporting people with complex disability and NDIS needs.
- Hold an OT degree and be eligible for OTBA registration
- Bring current experience supporting adults with complex disability
- Apply advanced clinical reasoning across complex NDIS transitions
- Communicate and negotiate confidently with diverse stakeholders
- Lead teamwork, supervision and evidence-based OT practice
