About the Role:

As a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia, NALHN relies on accurate, timely and secure patient information to support safe clinical decision‑making. In this essential role, you will be at the centre of that process ensuring patient records are managed with precision, confidentiality and care.
In your day‑to‑day work, you will be responsible for the accurate handling, tracking and maintenance of medical records, ensuring patient information systems are kept up‑to‑date and accessible to support clinical care. You will contribute to the efficient utilisation of hospital resources by delivering high‑quality administrative services in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining strict compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
By working closely with clinical and administrative teams, you will help ensure the smooth flow of information across the organisation—directly supporting patient safety, continuity of care and service excellence.

About the Role:
Community mental health in Adelaide's north is meaningful, challenging work — and the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the North East Community Mental Health team at Modbury Adult Service. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract through to 31 January 2027, offering you the opportunity to deliver real impact for adults living with complex mental health needs in their own communities.
What You'll Be Doing
Embedded within the NALHN Mental Health Service at Modbury, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support adults experiencing acute and ongoing mental health challenges. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and developing goal-directed care plans in collaboration with consumers and carers
- Delivering evidence-based individual and group interventions focused on functional recovery and community participation
- Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical reviews, and coordinated discharge planning
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with SA Health standards and the Mental Health Act 2009
What You'll Bring
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- Experience working within mental health settings, ideally in a community or outpatient context
- Sound understanding of recovery-oriented practice frameworks
- Ability to manage a complex caseload with clinical supervision support
- Familiarity with SA Health clinical systems and documentation requirements, or demonstrated ability to adapt quickly

About the role

About the role

About you
- Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency
- Relevant clinical or education post-graduate qualification and at least 12 months experience working in the relevant clinical area related to their qualification, or four years post-registration experience including three years’ experience in emergency
- Certificate IV in workplace training and education or willingness to undertake within the first 12 months of employment
- Demonstrated knowledge of innovative educational strategies, tools and approaches including e-learning
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team and demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills

The Role
This position supports Local Court Magistrate with the diversion of defendants who have or are suspected of having a mental illness, mental disorder or a cognitive impairment from the Criminal Justice System (Court and Correctional Centres) into the community.
Candidate must hold a relevant post graduate qualification in mental health and a current NSW Drivers Licence.
Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2
- Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Five years full time equivalent post registration clinical experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent in an acute mental health setting.
Occupational Therapist Level 4:
- Must hold qualifications recognised for registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Must hold general registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Five years full time equivalent post registration clinical experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent in an acute mental health setting.
Social Worker Level 4:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Five years full time equivalent post registration clinical experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent in an acute mental health setting.
Clinical Psychologist:
- Four year degree in psychology, being a three year degree with a fourth year honours in psychology; or a qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Hold general registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Five years full time equivalent post registration clinical experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent in an acute mental health setting.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated nurse to join the Royal North Shore Hospital Palliative Care Service as a Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 (CNC2).
As a key member of the multidisciplinary palliative care team, the CNC will provide expert clinical care, consultation, coordination, education and leadership to support patients with life-limiting illness and their families across the continuum of care. The successful applicant will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred palliative care within the inpatient consult service and work collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical assessment, consultation and expert palliative care nursing practice.
- Coordinate care for patients with complex palliative and end-of-life care needs.
- Facilitate seamless communication and care planning across hospital, community and Palliative Care Units.
- Support patients and families through education and advocacy.
- Collaborate effectively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Lead and participate in research, clinical governance and service development initiatives.
- Provide education, mentoring and clinical support to nursing and multidisciplinary staff.

About You
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Extensive clinical experience in palliative care.

About the Role
The Midwifery Group Practice Midwife will aim to expand the options for maternal health services for pregnant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and women having an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander baby. The MGP midwife will provide clinical, cultural, educational and psychological support as well as enhancing the seamless transition to child and family health nursing and to other services or agencies as required. The MGP midwife will also have the opportunity to work with women who are not Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, when there is space within their caseload.
Demonstrate a broad range of midwifery skills and knowledge to provide and coordinate woman-centred, evidence-informed, high quality, midwifery care (consistent with NSW and SLHD policies, procedures and standards) for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, and women having an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander baby, and their partners and families across the continuum of pregnancy, birth and the postnatal/newborn period.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent
- Desirable, 12 months experience in a Emergency department.
- Knowledge and skills to develop and document a plan of care that reflects the identified needs of the patient, with co ordinating safe effective and efficient discharge planning or transfer.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to person-centred care, cultural safety, and ongoing professional development.
