About the Role
You’ll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly – an indispensable helper to our residential aged care manager.
Usually, your day will involve:
- Working closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters
- Assisting with staff recruitment and onboarding
- Providing prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
- Proactively managing the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales
- Lending a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake
- Providing guidance and mentoring to Administration Officer
- Maintaining all record management systems
- Supporting our residential aged care manager in their daily tasks
You’ll be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail. You’ll also have:
- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally)
- A proven ability to work to deadlines and work in fast-paced environment
- Solid computer and data skills
- Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally)
- Previous experience in rostering (ideally)
- Be Available Monday to Friday for Full Time (76 hours per fortnight)
- $43.01 per hour

About the role
Join our Pharmacy team through the Manufacturing Specialty Training Program and build your expertise while making a meaningful contribution to patient care. You’ll provide high-quality, efficient and comprehensive pharmacy services across manufacturing, dispensing and clinical, helping optimise medication therapy for inpatients and outpatients.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll provide trusted medicines and therapeutic advice to medical, nursing and other health professionals. You’ll contribute to safe, effective medication management while developing your skills within a supportive environment and working in line with hospital policies, SA Health guidelines and relevant legislation.
This role has been established to provide the successful candidate with a dedicated training program in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Candidates will gain experience and training in aseptic compounding, governance processes contributing to Good Manufacturing Practice as well as other supported professional development.
About You
We’re looking for a motivated pharmacist who brings sound technical skills, teamwork and a commitment to safe, high-quality medication care.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy with AHPRA registration or eligibility
- Completed pre-registration training in hospital or community pharmacy
- Knowledge of clinical, dispensing, production and counselling practice
- Strong communication, organisation, accuracy and teamwork skills

About the role

About You

- Guide, support and engage Volunteers so they feel confident, informed and able to contribute effectively to resident wellbeing
- Seek resident and family input to improve programs, contribute ideas in meetings, and help embed HELF Services into everyday home operations
- Complete lifestyle assessments (with supervision), maintain accurate records, and observe and report changes in resident wellbeing in line with escalation processes
- Prepare, organise and maintain activity spaces, materials and equipment to ensure safe, welcoming and hazard‑free environments
- Follow organisational policies (manual handling, WHS, IPC, emergency procedures) and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and observations
What makes a difference for us?
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or an equivalent qualification
- Experience delivering group and 1:1 activity in aged care or community settings
- Practical experience in creative, social, cognitive and physical activity facilitation

Your part in The Wesley Hospital team
As the Lead Administration Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the team in our Emergency Centre department, providing a tailored service through administrative support, whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service.
Our Emergency Centre Receptionists provide an efficient, effective, professional and client focused administration support in our Emergency Departments and participate in a 24/7 roster system. They facilitate service delivery and administration support to our Medical Officers, Nursing, Allied Health staff and Patients. A key focus of the role is to implement and maintain comprehensible processes that enable the timely and accurate patient admission to the Emergency Departments. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that administrative procedures are followed efficiently. This role is also responsible for the quality of the preadmission and admission for patients admitting from the Emergency Centre to the hospital – this includes but not limited to Insured, Self-Funded, WorkCover, Third Party and Maternity patients.

What you'll be doing
As Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Ward 5D, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care while supporting and developing a skilled and engaged workforce.
Reporting to the Nurse Manager for Surgery and Anaesthetics, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence in patient care.

About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Ideal Candidate
- Tertiary Qualifications in Nursing, Social Work or Clinical Psychology with current registration to practice with AHPRA and/or eligibility for membership of the relevant professional association. For Clinical Psychology, a minimum Masters or PHD and endorsement in clinical psychology is required.
