About the role
Join our team as a Pharmacist delivering comprehensive clinical and dispensing services across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will optimise medication therapy, provide expert advice and support safe, effective and cost conscious use of medicines.
Working collaboratively with pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide therapeutic guidance, support medication management and contribute to patient care. You will also assist with supervision, counselling and service delivery while maintaining professional standards.
About You
You’re a motivated Pharmacist ready to support safe and effective medication management. You bring strong communication skills, clinical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy and eligible for Board registration

Appointment to the role will be at the AHP1 or AHP2 classification, dependent on the level of experience.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of Dietitians Australia.
