About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Officer to join our Patient Accounts team at Cabrini Health. The position requires a candidate who is self-motivated and who has had experience in Medical Imaging Billing and Debt collection. The successful candidate will also have a strong focus on customer service and take pride and ownership in their work.
Your day will look a little like this:
Following up outstanding Debt
Management of claim rejections
Reporting of aged debts and reporting doubtful debts.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving with internal and external stakeholders
Liaising with Medicare/DVA/WorkCover and the Private Health Funds
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in medical imaging or a hospital billing setting essential
MS Office and WebPas
Visage application experience
High level attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About Cabrini Maternity Services
Cabrini provides a private model of maternity care, partnering with accredited Obstetricians and Paediatricians to deliver evidence-based care.
Our service includes 6 Birthing Suites, 25 Postnatal Beds and a Level 2 Special Care Nursery, supported by a multidisciplinary team of Midwives, Registered Nurses and Lactation Consultants. You'll have the opportunity to work across Birth Suite, Postnatal and Special Care Nursery.
About the Role
As a Registered Midwife, you will play an integral role in delivering safe, compassionate and evidence-based care throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
You will:
Provide high-quality, woman-centred maternity care
Support women and their families throughout their maternity journey
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Care for women with both low-risk and complex maternity needs
Contribute to exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Midwife
A minimum of 3 years' midwifery experience
Bachelor of Midwifery or equivalent Australian-recognised qualification
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About the Role

We have three full-time, fixed-term Grade 1 positions available as part of our 24-month rotating new graduate program. Rotations are undertaken across our Fitzroy, Kew and Hawthorn campuses, providing exposure to a diverse range of patients, clinical environments and multidisciplinary teams. As a Grade 1 Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy assessment and management while working closely with experienced Physiotherapists and the broader multidisciplinary team. The role includes rostered weekend and public holiday work, and applicants must be willing to work across St Vincent’s campuses as required. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) prior to commencement.
Classification: Physiotherapist Grade 1 VA3–VA7 ($70,590.00 - $85,872.80 per annum).
What You Will Do
As a New Graduate Physiotherapist, you will:
Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management for patients within your allocated clinical area
Develop your clinical reasoning and physiotherapy skills across a broad range of rotations
Work collaboratively with Physiotherapists, medical, nursing and other Allied Health professionals to deliver coordinated patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers and members of the multidisciplinary team
Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical handovers and care planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Represent physiotherapy and patient needs at relevant team, family and departmental meetings
Participate in professional development, education and learning opportunities within the department
Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives
Work across St Vincent’s campuses and participate in rostered weekend and public holiday services as required

About the Role
An opportunity currently exists for a Grade 2 physiotherapist to join the physiotherapy department. How you will make an impact
An opportunity is available for a Storeperson to join Cabrini’s Pharmacy team to assist with stock coordination predominantly at the Malvern site, as well as Brighton and Elsterniwck sites on occasion. This is a part time role offering 4 shifts per week. The Pharmacy team work a range of shifts between the hours of 8AM to 4PM, from Monday to Friday. Whilst previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
Scanning and generating Imprest orders, receiving and delivering stock to Imprest wards and processing invoices
Conducting expiry checks and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely (predominantly pharmacy supplies)
Assisting as directed with EOFY stocktakes and rolling stocktakes as well as performing other warehouse duties as required
Manual handling will be required, lifting and moving items according to Workplace Health & Safety practices

Position Summary

About the Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Perioperative Liaison Nurse to join Monash Health's Elective Surgery Services (ESS) team on a Full Time Ongoing basis. This is a Monday – Friday role, typically 8:00am – 4:30pm, however is rostered according to operational requirements.
This role is central to delivering a contemporary elective surgery model of care, acting as the single point of contact for patients throughout their surgical journey. Working closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams, you will coordinate and optimise patients for elective surgery, ensuring they are clinically prepared, appropriately scheduled and supported from referral through to the day of surgery.
You will play a key role in improving the patient experience, reducing day-of-surgery cancellations, managing elective surgery waitlists in accordance with the Elective Surgery Access Policy (ESAP), and supporting the efficient utilisation of theatre capacity across Monash Health. The role also involves travel across Monash Health campuses based on service requirements.
In This Role You Will
- Assess patient readiness for surgery and coordinate optimisation where required.
- Develop individualised care pathways for patients with complex health needs.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, allied health and community providers to facilitate timely and safe surgical care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families before surgery.
- Manage elective surgery waitlists and contribute to reducing delays and day-of-surgery cancellations.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience and support ESAP compliance.
About You
You are an experienced perioperative or surgical nurse who enjoys coordinating care, building relationships and improving patient outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering person-centred care while navigating complex patient journeys.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Physiotherapist to join the St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne Physiotherapy Department, providing casual weekday leave cover across our Fitzroy, Kew and Hawthorn campuses. Working across a variety of acute and subacute clinical areas, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and management to patients while supporting continuity of care across the service. This is a great opportunity for a Physiotherapist who enjoys clinical variety and flexibility and is confident working across different patient cohorts and multidisciplinary teams.
You will have the opportunity to draw on your broad clinical experience while contributing to a cohesive and progressive Physiotherapy Department committed to excellence in patient care, education, research and professional development. The role also provides opportunities to support and supervise Grade 1 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants and Physiotherapy students as required. What You Will Do
As a Grade 2 Physiotherapist, you will:
Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and clinical management for delegated patients
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Provide education and support to patients, families and carers as appropriate
Communicate assessment findings, treatment plans and outcomes effectively with nursing, medical and Allied Health colleagues through clinical documentation and handovers
Work collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated, person-centred care
Provide clinical supervision, support and mentoring to Grade 1 Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants as required
Provide clinical education and supervision to undergraduate and postgraduate Physiotherapy students
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and new initiatives within the Physiotherapy Department
Work flexibly across St Vincent’s Fitzroy, Kew and Hawthorn campuses according to service needs
Your Contribution
You are an experienced and adaptable Physiotherapist who is comfortable working across a range of clinical environments and enjoys contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
You will bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist, or eligibility to obtain registration
Recent clinical experience and demonstrated knowledge of physiotherapy management across a broad range of acute and/or subacute healthcare settings
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Strong clinical assessment, treatment and decision-making skills
Experience providing clinical supervision and support to Physiotherapy students and/or junior staff

About the Role:
As a Social Worker within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) Mental Health Services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to consumers accessing community-based mental health services. You will provide comprehensive assessment, intervention and care coordination to support recovery and optimise health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals, their families and carers.
At the AHP1 classification you will develop your clinical practice and professional capabilities while working under direct clinical supervision. You will:
- Deliver social work services within a mental health context, including assessment, care planning, intervention and discharge planning
- Apply developing knowledge and skills to support consumers with a range of mental health presentations
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary mental health teams to provide coordinated care
- Manage a caseload and respond to routine and some non-routine clinical situations with support
- Participate in professional development, quality improvement activities and service improvement initiatives
At the AHP2 classification, you will apply your clinical experience with greater autonomy to deliver high-quality, evidence-based social work services.
You will:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and interventions for consumers with more complex mental health needs
- Manage a caseload with reduced supervision, including non-routine and complex clinical presentations
- Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning and professional judgement in a mental health setting
- Support and guide less experienced staff, students and allied health assistants
- Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning, service development and quality improvement initiatives within mental health services
About You:
You are a compassionate and motivated Social Worker with a strong interest in mental health, committed to supporting consumers, families and carers through recovery-oriented practice.
You will bring:
- A recognised Social Work qualification with eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
- Demonstrated ability to undertake comprehensive psychosocial assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions within a mental health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with consumers, carers, multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental health team and contribute to coordinated, consumer-centred care
- Effective time management and organisational skills, with the capacity to manage a clinical caseload in a dynamic service environment
