• Develop and execute a national clinical development strategy for Speech Pathology
• Lead and expand professional development initiatives through the Allied Health Warrior CPD Program
• Design and deliver structured learning pathways, workshops and advanced training programs

You are a passionate Speech Pathology leader who enjoys developing clinicians, influencing clinical standards and driving meaningful change.

Optimum Health Solutions is establishing a dedicated pre-employment and corporate health screening service, and we need a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to lead it. Not to step into something ready-made. To build it from scratch and run it.

As Pre-Employment and Corporate Health Manager, you will design the operational model, develop the screening protocols, set up the triage and workflow systems, and manage delivery across multiple corporate client contracts. You will be the primary clinical and operational lead for everything that happens between a contract being signed and a result being delivered.

This is not a pure clinical role and it is not a pure management role. It is for someone who is clinically credible, operationally minded, and confident enough to represent Optimum in front of corporate clients.

• Designing the pre-employment and corporate health screening service model from the ground up
• Developing standardised screening protocols, triage workflows, and client reporting tools
• Managing end-to-end delivery across multiple corporate contracts simultaneously
• Conducting pre-employment functional assessments, musculoskeletal screenings, and fitness for work evaluations
• Managing corporate client relationships and serving as the primary operational contact
• Building and supervising a team of practitioners as the service scales

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
• Current AHPRA registration and APA or ESSA membership
• 4+ years post-graduate experience with exposure to occupational health, pre-employment screening, or workplace health
• Strong functional and musculoskeletal assessment skills
• Confidence working in corporate environments with non-clinical stakeholders
• Operational mindset with the ability to manage logistics across multiple sites and contracts
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across NSW

Optimum Health Solutions is seeking a registered allied health clinician to lead a new community social responsibility pathway across NSW and Tasmania. As Community Health Access Manager, you will develop intake, triage and referral processes, coordinate access to care, and manage a clinical caseload to support people in financial hardship.

You will build partnerships with community organisations, GPs, hospitals and schools, ensuring equitable access and navigating complex systems to assist

Some people need allied health care and can't access it. This role exists to change that.

Optimum Health Solutions is establishing a community social responsibility program - a formal pathway for people in genuine financial hardship to access assessment and treatment services across our network that they would otherwise be unable to afford. We need a registered allied health clinician to build it and lead it.

As Community Health Access Manager, you will develop the intake and triage systems, build the referral partnerships, and coordinate access to care for people referred into the program through community organisations, social workers, GPs, hospitals, and schools. You will assess need, determine eligibility, match people to the right Optimum service, and remove the barriers that typically stop vulnerable people from getting the help they need.

You will also carry a clinical caseload of program participants, staying connected to the people this program exists to serve.

This is a role for a clinician who is motivated by equity of access, not just service volume. Someone who knows how to navigate a complex system on behalf of someone who can't do it themselves.

• Establishing Optimum's community social responsibility program from the ground up

• Strong understanding of the barriers that prevent people in hardship from accessing allied health
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across diverse and difficult circumstances
• Current Working with Children Check and driver's licence
