Reporting to the Manager, Workplace Health & Safety, you will coordinate injury management, workers compensation and return to work activities across Sylvanvale.

Managing approximately 10-15 active claims at any one time, you will work closely with managers, support workers, payroll and external stakeholders to support positive and sustainable return to work outcomes.

• Coordinate workers compensation claims and return to work activities
• Develop return to work plans and suitable duties arrangements
• Work with site managers to identify appropriate duties and locations for returning employees
• Maintain claims documentation, reporting and the return to work register
• Partner with payroll on workers compensation requirements
• Prepare monthly workers compensation reporting
• Deliver WHS and injury management training to managers and frontline employees
• Undertake regular site visits and support broader WHS initiatives

You will be highly organised, confident working with people at all levels and comfortable balancing claims administration with hands-on stakeholder engagement.

• 3-4+ years' experience across WHS, injury management or workers compensation
• Experience managing return to work and workers compensation processes
• Strong organisation, documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence delivering training to managers and frontline teams
• Experience in disability, healthcare, aged care or community services is highly regarded
• Relevant WHS or Return to Work certification is advantageous but not essential

The opportunity

This is a pivotal executive leadership opportunity to shape the future of ReachOut's digital mental health service ecosystem. Reporting to the CEO and leading a multidisciplinary senior team across Clinical Governance, Digital Content and Youth Involvement, Support Services and Aboriginal Social and Emotional Wellbeing, the Director will translate organisational strategy into safe, scalable and measurable services. Over the next 12-18 months, the Director will evolve ReachOut's service model and explore how digital channels, emerging models of care and AI can responsibly extend the organisation's reach and impact. This requires a leader who can challenge traditional approaches while exercising the judgement essential to delivering trusted services for young people.

The Director will:

• Shape the future service vision - develop and embed innovative, evidence-informed digital service models that respond to the changing ways young people, parents and carers engage with, access and experience mental health support.
• Lead safe, high-quality service delivery - strengthen clinical governance, quality, youth participation and culturally safe, trauma-informed and lived experience-informed practice, ensuring innovation remains grounded in safety and meaningful outcomes.
• Drive digital innovation and responsible AI - partner with Product and Technology to translate emerging technology into practical, engaging and scalable improvements while balancing opportunity with ethics, clinical safety and risk.
• Lead people through evolution - respect and harness the depth of professional expertise within a diverse, clinically oriented workforce while building the confidence, curiosity and capability to embrace change and new ways of working.
• Lead for impact and influence - build high-performing multidisciplinary teams, drive operational performance and develop strategic partnerships across government, research, technology and mental health.

About you

You will be a credible and contemporary mental health or human services leader with a genuine connection to young people and a strong appreciation of the changing ways they seek, access and experience mental health support. Combining head, heart and leadership capability, you can move comfortably between strategy, service innovation and operational delivery. You will bring the credibility to engage and inspire a mental health and peer workforce, the contemporary thinking to shape new models of support and the personal connection to purpose needed to resonate with ReachOut's culture and the young people it serves. You will be comfortable exploring digital platforms and AI without losing sight of quality, safety, human connection and measurable outcomes.

You will also bring:

• Formal qualifications and significant experience in psychology, social work, counselling, mental health nursing or a related discipline, together with a strong understanding of contemporary mental health practice.
• Senior leadership experience building, engaging and inspiring multidisciplinary teams through growth, change and service transformation.
• Demonstrated capability translating evidence, lived experience, user insights and strategy into practical, scalable services that improve outcomes.
• Experience in digital service innovation, with an understanding of AI, digital platforms, ethics, clinical safety and the potential for technology to improve access, engagement and impact.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence Boards, government, partners and stakeholders across mental health and the broader human services sector.
• A commitment to inclusive, culturally safe and lived experience-informed service design, including meaningful engagement with First Nations communities.

The Clinical Psychologist is a senior specialist role within Possability Group's Child & Family Services portfolio, offering the opportunity to combine meaningful clinical work with broader influence across therapeutic practice.

Working with children, young people, families and carers with complex trauma, disability, mental health and behavioural needs, you will provide specialist assessment, formulation, intervention and consultation. Applying CARE, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and trauma-informed practice, you will support safety, wellbeing, connection and participation.

Beyond direct client work, you will help strengthen how complex clinical needs are understood and responded to across the organisation. You will lead a small team of behaviour specialists, contribute to care planning and multidisciplinary decision-making, review behaviour support plans, support restrictive practice reduction and shape clinical frameworks, policy and practice guidance.

The role has a clear transformation focus, with the opportunity to help shape the clinical team and strengthen Possability's internal capability to respond to increasingly complex needs. This is an opportunity for a clinically strong psychologist who wants to remain close to clients while extending their impact across teams, services and the broader organisation.

You are an experienced psychologist with demonstrated experience supporting children, young people and/or families with complex needs.

You bring strong capability in psychological assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention, and are comfortable working across trauma, disability, mental health or behavioural presentations. You work well in multidisciplinary environments and can translate clinical insight into practical guidance for care teams, carers and practitioners.

You are drawn to a role that combines meaningful client work with the opportunity to influence broader therapeutic practice. You bring sound clinical judgement, a collaborative style and a clear commitment to child-centred, trauma-informed and evidence-informed care.

An understanding of child protection or children's services would be valuable, ideally gained through exposure to child and family services, out-of-home care, disability or a related environment. Experience with CARE, TCI, behaviour support, restrictive practice reduction or clinical framework development would also be welcomed.

You will hold current general registration with AHPRA and clinical psychology endorsement, or be eligible to obtain endorsement.

This is a broad regional leadership role responsible for creating consistency, accountability and strong operational performance across ITC services. You will lead, develop and support House Managers, strengthening their capability to lead effective teams and deliver safe, high-quality and therapeutically informed care for children and young people with complex needs.

The Regional Manager will maintain oversight of service performance, quality outcomes, budgets, incidents, risk and compliance across the region. You will use service data, financial information, audits and performance outcomes to identify areas for improvement, strengthen practice and support effective operational decision making.

The role also has an important external stakeholder focus, developing constructive relationships with the Department of Communities and Justice, NSW Police, community partners and other agencies involved in supporting children and young people.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of regional performance across an important part of Anglicare's Intensive Therapeutic Care portfolio, develop capable operational leaders and influence the quality and consistency of services delivered to children and young people.

You are an experienced operational leader with a strong background in residential care, Permanency Support, out-of-home care, child protection or a closely related service environment.

You bring demonstrated experience leading and developing managers within complex human services, with the ability to set clear expectations, build leadership capability and drive consistent performance across multiple services.

You have a strong understanding of trauma-informed and therapeutic care, together with the safeguarding, regulatory and contractual requirements associated with residential care. You are comfortable managing operational risk, quality and service performance, and working constructively with DCJ, the Office of the Children's Guardian and other external stakeholders.

Alongside your sector experience, you bring sound financial management capability, strong judgement and the resilience to lead effectively in complex and changing service environments.

A relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, human services, community services or a related discipline is required.
