PRP Diagnostic Imaging, based at Norwest Private Hospital, seeks a Senior Radiographer in a leadership role to grow the practice. You will work with the Chief Radiographer to lead a team delivering professional, patient-focused diagnostic imaging services and develop strong relationships with doctors and staff to maximise bookings and revenue.

You will drive process improvements, act as escalation point for issues, and may serve as Chief Radiographer when required.

Based at our Norwest Private Hospital practice, you will be a leader within our business and assist in further growing PRP. Working with the Chief Radiographer, you will assist in leading and motivating the team that provides professional, patient-focused diagnostic imaging services. You will play an active role in managing patients within the practice and developing strong relationships with our doctors, practice leaders and the broader technical team to ensure that the practice runs smoothly to maximise bookings and revenue. You will identify opportunities to improve processes and act as the escalation point for issues. You will act as Chief Radiographer as required.

You will be a current Senior Radiographer, who has experience within a leadership position. You must be passionate about creating high performing teams that provide excellent patient care and reporting. You will have well developed coaching skills with the ability to mentor graduates to senior technicians. You must have outstanding stakeholder management skills. You must have:

• a Degree in Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science) - or equivalent
• Experience in all general Radiography procedures
• Mammography, CT and MRI experience desired but not compulsory
• Current NSW EPA Licence and Working with Children Check

Our Central Coast practices are based at Erina, Gosford, Toukley, Tuggerah & Woy Woy. The practices offer a wide range of radiography services including BMD, Cardiac, CT including low dose, Mammography, MRI, and X-Ray. You will be responsible for producing high quality images to enable the composition of reports to assist in the medical assessment of a patient. At PRP we are renowned for the quality of our reports. You will provide an excellent service to our patients in accordance with our values. You will assist in the development of skills of our team and be rewarded for identifying opportunities to improve the operation of the business. You will liaise with the Senior Technical staff in relation to Radiography protocols.

You must have a reputation for performing high quality Radiography examinations independently whilst providing exceptional patient care. You must have the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non medical personnel verbally and in writing. You must have:

• a Degree in Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science) - or equivalent
