About the Role

As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Alawarra Lodge, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and resident-centred care across the home.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of nurses and care staff to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
• Oversee resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation processes
• Support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness activities
• Monitor and manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and broader leadership team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, allied health professionals and external stakeholders
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and person-centred care excellence

What You'll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
