The experienced Research Nurse provides advanced coordination and leadership in clinical research, independently managing clinical trials from initiation to close out to ensure high quality, compliant, and patient centred delivery. The role oversees regulatory submissions, participant management, documentation and data integrity, and quality assurance activities while acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders. • Independently coordinate clinical trials from start up through close out, ensuring all activities meet protocol requirements, HREC and governance approvals, GCP, and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., NHMRC, TGA).
• Provide comprehensive care and coordination for participants across all phases of their clinical trial journey, including recruitment, consent discussions, screening, enrolment, and day to day visit management within scope of practice.
