• Remain current with best practice in trauma informed care, legislative knowledge and licensing process applying this when advising on practice on therapeutic strategies and behaviour support planning.
• Be an advocate and guide for meeting the therapeutic needs of young people through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
• Delivers trusted advice.
• Will be able to offer and deliver a variety of TCI training packages which can be tailored to the needs of the area.
• Provide post-crisis support and support front-line team members and operational leaders to provide post crisis responses and support following critical incidents, including critical incident analysis.
• Facilitate case review functions at a local level to provide recommendations and expertise in care planning through Case Clinics, and associated documentation including PBSP's in a way that drives quality outcomes and therapeutic care for our Young People.
