As a Personal Carer Domestic you’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities

About the role:
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant in our team, you will oversee a Network providing high-quality nursing care, leadership, support and guidance to clinical and non-clinical staff. While supporting excellence in client outcomes.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant works collaboratively with operational leads, Care Governance and Quality team and the Clinical Education Team supporting the highest level of care delivery. You will ensure care is consistent with the mission of BlueCare and current best practice that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community. A typical day in the role will see you:
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders providing high standards of leadership and expert clinical advice relating to complex clinical care issues
Support the delivery of education to the wider team undertaking a wide array of clinical procedures and complex care needs
Analyse key clinical metrics and trends including incidents, identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives and outcomes working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Implementing and supporting innovative ways of working to support the wider nursing and care service delivery including meeting operational targets ensuring the financial sustainability of the organisation
Role requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification and current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated clinical experience in areas of Community Services or related specialty
Post-graduate studies in relevant health field associated with Community or Primary Care nursing or working towards.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Framework and Strengthened Standards
Demonstrated understanding of person centred, community services delivery, preferably for the frail aged and those with dementia
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Word, Excel)
Experience working within a multidisciplinary team collaboratively

Your part in our Lifeline team
Working out of our Bundaberg Distribution Centre, you will:
Pick-up donations from in and around clothing donation bins, private and commercial premises and Lifeline shops
Deliver stock to Lifeline shops, private and commercial premises
Deliverrags to customers which may include money handling
Unload vehicles and ensure the area is kept clean and tidy
Ensure all paperwork for the position is recorded accurately and on a daily basis

Reporting to the Senior Village Manager, the role will see your commitment in providing a resident focused service and a ‘sense of place’ in the village. You will be responsible in leading a team in the maintenance of plant and equipment, undertake minor property work and contribute to a safe and pleasing environment for residents, staff and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
Work in collaboration with the Village Management team to achieve positive outcomes for residents by supporting their maintenance needs and maintaining a safe environment
Foster a professional working relations with village residents and team members.
Lead and coach grounds staff and ensure a customer focus and operational excellence.
Manage team members changes and turnover in line with Human Resources principles and procedures.
Supervise external contractors and suppliers where required.
Ensure maintenance of lawns, gardens and grounds as required in and in accordance with Village ‘Sense of Place’ philosophy and Resident Committee standards.
Grounds/gardens maintenance program is developed and delivered within allocated budget
Undertake care of lawns including but not limited to mowing whipper snipping, and removal of cut grass

Location: Maryborough and surrounding areas
Remuneration: $42.15 - $53.96 p/hr (dependent on experience) + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

We're currently inviting applications from energetic, passionate and highly capable Social Workers to join our team.
You will provide our clients with Social Worker services with specialist advice and clinical services to improve their quality of life and well-being!
This includes developing and implementing treatment & intervention programs, case management, clinical counselling, debriefing following critical events and education & support for clients and carers.

You'll have a genuine passion for supporting people with a desire to lead exceptional outcomes for your clients. Previous experience in a health or aged care context is highly desirable. You'll also have:
Tertiary Qualifications in Social Work - Essential
Registration with relevant professional body - Australian Association of Social Workers
Previous experience within an Aged Care or Acute setting (desirable)
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy registered vehicle -Essential
