Campbelltown Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Trials team in Immunology and Allergy on a temporary part-time basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to vital research that directly impacts patient care and treatment outcomes. The successful candidate must hold current registration with AHPRA and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing clinical trials in accordance with approved protocols and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with GCP and SWSLHD Standard Operating Procedures. You will also be expected to collect and process blood samples or coordinate with pathology services, communicate effectively with sponsors and internal teams, and assist with Ethics and Governance submissions. Strong knowledge of clinical research ethics, excellent communication and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems are key to success in this position. Where You'll Be Working
SWSLHD Community Mental Health Services provide comprehensive, community-based mental health care across South Western Sydney.
These services cater to different age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and older persons, ensuring specialised care throughout various life stages. The multidisciplinary teams offer a range of supports, including mental health assessments, crisis intervention, care coordination, and therapy. They work closely with inpatient services, GPs, and other community organisations to provide holistic care.

1. Current medical practitioner, registered, or eligible for registration, with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellow of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and/or other specialist recognition as provided under the Staff Specialists (State) Award.
2. Demonstrated current clinical practice of a high standard and ability to adapt clinical practice in accordance with contemporary evidence based best practice

4. Demonstrated participation in teaching and training at undergraduate and/or post graduate level, including supervision of junior medical staff

1. Current medical practitioner, registered or eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). FRACS in General Surgery and/or other specialist recognition as provided for under the Health Insurance Act 1973, with post fellowship training in Endocrine Surgery.
2. Demonstrated current clinical practice of a high standard in all aspects of patient care including non-operative care, pre and post -operative care and demonstrated endo- surgical and minimally invasive surgical skills relevant to Endocrine and General Surgery with the ability to adapt clinical practice in accordance with contemporary evidence-based best practice. This position requires a Surgeon with experience and expertise in Endocrine, Head & Neck Surgery and Surgical Oncology with particular emphasis on Melanoma surgery. The successful applicant will have emergency general surgery and trauma responsibilities and within the unit provide leadership in surgical training and contribute to Head and Neck, Melanoma and Endocrine MOTs.
3. Demonstrated participation in teaching and training at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, including supervision of junior medical staff.
4. Demonstrated commitment to continuing self-education and development, including evidence of participation in continuing medical education/continuing professional development. Participation in Morbidity & Mortality and Multidisciplinary meetings. Participation in development of local area guidelines in Endocrine Surgery. Demonstrated ability and commitment to be involved in clinical and/or lab based research activities.
5. Preparedness to participate in Trauma/General Surgery on-call roster, including sub specialty on-call.
6. Evidence of ability to work cooperatively with other staff and practitioners and in a multidisciplinary health care team.
7. Demonstrated leadership qualities and a willingness to be involved in administration duties as needed.
8. Demonstrated ability to comply with the service objectives of a public health organisation, including the provision of services to the local community, effective utilisation of resources and preparedness to participate in the provision of health services at an Area level, if credentialed.

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Midwife, you will provide high-quality, evidence-informed and person-centred care while responding confidently to changing clinical priorities. You will advocate for patients and families, collaborate across disciplines and contribute to a positive learning environment. Key responsibilities will be to:
Deliver safe, effective and individualised care that meets the needs of patients and families
