This is your opportunity to step up from a traditional single-clinic Practice Manager role.
We’re looking for an experienced, capable Practice Manager who is ready to take on broader responsibility across a private, doctor owned GP and multi-disciplinary health hub . The Opportunity
You will lead operations across:
• Murwillumbah Family Doctors- (the core GP practice within the Northern Rivers Health Hub)
• The Northern Rivers Health Hub — a multi-disciplinary facility offering Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Pharmacy, Pathology, Beauty & Wellness, and other allied health services in a heritage-listed refurbished building
• Cabarita Beach Medical- Our smaller, but growing beachside practice.
This is a multi-site role with genuine potential and the ability to work, be part of or grow a management team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape culture, lift operational performance, and play an active part in the next stage of the group’s development.

About You
You’re an experienced Practice Manager (or equivalent) with a strong track record in general practice or multi-disciplinary healthcare. You’re organised, commercially aware, and confident leading teams. You enjoy solving problems, improving how things work, and taking ownership of results. Multi-site experience is highly regarded but not essential if you have the capability and drive.
The Package
This is a more senior, broader role than a typical single-site Practice Manager position. Remuneration will reflect the increased scope and responsibility, and will sit above standard practice manager packages. We also have the flexibility to split the role into multiple roles depending on applicants.

The role - Te mahi
The University is seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Professional Practice Fellows in Dentistry.
As a Senior Professional Practice Fellow, you will help support teaching, facilitate learning, assist with assessments, and carry out clinical service/clinical activity both on undergraduate clinics and staff clinics out of term time.
Some key tasks of the role include:
Clinical teaching/tutoring of undergraduate dentists.
Contributing to the Department’s academic goals by applying expert clinical knowledge in your area of specialty.
Preparation, assessment, teaching, and paper administration duties.
Following through patient care and referrals within the hospital.

Successful applicants:
Must hold a dental degree and have registration or be eligible for full registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand.

We have opportunities for Dentists with special interests in Endodontics, Prosthodontics, and Periodontics.
Both full-time (1 FTE) and part-time positions are available, allowing for employment over the full year or semester time only. The duration of any fixed-term positions can be negotiable with the successful candidates. International candidates would need to be available to work minimum 0.8 FTE.
The salary range for these positions is $109,554 to $184,993 per annum (pro rata). Candidates will be appointed to a step on the Senior Professional Practice Fellow scale 3 or 4, dependent on qualifications and skills.

Our speech language therapy programmes include the Bachelor of Speech and Language Therapy with Honours (BSLT[Hons]) and the Master of Speech and Language Therapy.
The BSLT[Hons] programme prepares graduates to work with children, young people, and adults with speech, language, communication, voice, feeding and swallowing difficulties, combining academic study with extensive supervised clinical experience. The programme has a strong emphasis on integrated clinical learning, enabling students to progressively build competence through simulation, university clinics, and external placements under the supervision of experienced speech-language therapists.
The Master of Speech and Language Therapy provides qualified speech-language therapists with advanced clinical and research training, enabling them to deepen their expertise, engage with current issues in the profession, and contribute to evidence-informed practice and research.
The distance programmes are enhanced through our Auckland-based Speechlanguage Therapy Clinic, which provides assessment and intervention services for children and adults with communication, voice, feeding, swallowing, and language needs, while offering an authentic clinical learning environment for speech-language therapy students under professional supervision.

The Position
The Clinical Nurse Specialist - Mental Health Acute Paediatric Unit, will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering person centred, recovery orientated and trauma informed care, in accordance with the National Standards for Mental Health Services, Agency policy, legal requirements and relevant professional competencies.

The Position
Senior Medical Director - Acute, Medicine & Cancer Services to provide high-level clinical leadership and drive strategic healthcare delivery across our cross-campus network.

In this vital senior leadership role, you will act as the key executive interface and conduit between the medical teams, Clinical Directors, and the Executive. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will lead medical workforce planning, championing clinical governance, and establish premier research and education pathways. You will foster a culture of excellence, high engagement, and collaborative care to raise AWH's profile across Victoria and NSW.

AWH serves as the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne, situated in the border cities of Albury and Wodonga. With a dedicated team of over 3,000 professionals, we proudly service a population of up to 300,000 across North-East Victoria and Southern NSW. Our extensive network encompasses two primary hospital campuses and an additional 22 sites, delivering a diverse range of emergency, surgical, women's and children's, community, mental health, allied health, and sub-acute services. Our growth continues with the opening of a state-of-the-art Emergency Department in 2024, and excitingly, the construction of a new hospital at our Albury site by 2028. Essential Criteria
- Registration as a Medical Practitioner in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or other relevant to the position.
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to implement complex strategies to build buy-in and support from key internal and external clients or stakeholders. Use a variety of different influencing approaches tailored to different clients.
- Highly developed leadership skills which align to the NSW HETI Leadership Framework Domains
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching and research.
- Demonstrated understanding of Clinical Governance.

The Package
Medical Specialists (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement:
Top Range Estimate: $500,000 - $520,000+ AUD
- Base Salary (No Private Practice) $415,878
- Director / Management Allowance (Est.) $20,790 – $41,587
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) $30,468
- Superannuation Cap (ATO statutory limit) ~$32,500
- Rural Attraction / Regional Retention Varying local incentive
