- Work collaboratively with colleagues and volunteers while maintaining a safe, organised and positive working environment.
What you’ll bring

You’re comfortable with hands-on, physically active work and take pride in completing tasks safely and efficiently.
You’ll bring a positive attitude, good communication skills and a compassionate approach to supporting people in need.
What’s required
- A current NSW Class C Driver Licence with a good driving record.
- Physical ability to safely undertake the manual handling and operational requirements of the role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
You’ll also share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, embedding them in everything you do.
Why Anglicare?
We provide meaningful opportunities and choice, both for the individuals and communities we support and the dedicated people here who make it happen.
At Anglicare, you’ll belong to a community of kind, humble and respectful people of all faiths and backgrounds who are passionate about making a difference.
As part of our Toys ’n’ Tucker team, you’ll enjoy:
- A rewarding seasonal opportunity to make a meaningful community impact.
- Working alongside a supportive and passionate team.
- A hands-on role with variety across collection, warehouse and distribution activities.
- The opportunity to contribute to one of Anglicare’s much-loved Christmas programs.
- The satisfaction of knowing your work helps provide food and gifts to families experiencing hardship.
We’re many services, with one purpose – to meet people where they are and walk with them. At Anglicare, we believe everyone is Made for Connection, with God, with each other and with the places we call home.
Through Toys ’n’ Tucker, we put that belief into action by bringing communities together through generosity, compassion and care.
