Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong business development experience, ideally gained within a large and complex organisation, together with tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or a related discipline.
You will have a proven ability to build and influence key stakeholder relationships, with previous experience working closely with medical specialists or clinicians highly regarded. Your leadership capability, commercial acumen and understanding of the private healthcare sector will enable you to identify growth opportunities and drive successful outcomes.
Experience leading change, influencing stakeholders and delivering business growth initiatives will be key to your success. Postgraduate qualifications in Business or Health Management, along with an understanding of medical training pathways, will be advantageous.
Above all, patient care will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values.
