- Reviews patient satisfaction survey and checks for trends of any unfavorable quality practice or issue and makes appropriate corrective action. Assures that patient satisfaction surveys are at 94% or above.
- Responsible for assuring each assigned medical provider is functioning at 100% productivity, providing excellent clinical outcomes and completing assigned chart audits (Peer Record Review) in a timely manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Doctoral Degree in Psychiatry from an accredited university.
- Current unrestricted license and DEA in the State of Texas.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), American Heart Association.

What You Will Do
- Provide in-theatre technical and clinical support during knee and hip procedures, enabling safe and effective use of robotic technology
- Deliver pre-operative case planning by segmenting and analysing CT data using specialised software
- Act as the primary point of contact for surgeons and theatre staff during procedures, ensuring seamless workflow and product utilisation
- Support procedures day to day, maintaining readiness and accuracy in high-pressure clinical environments
- Train healthcare professionals on product use and surgical applications through structured, on-site education sessions
- Maintain accurate case documentation and system data to support compliance and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align case coverage, inventory, and scheduling requirements
- Monitor product usage and provide feedback to support product development and customer outcomes
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Osteo, Podiatry, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing environment
- Full, unrestricted Australian driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting surgical or clinical environments
- Exposure to medical devices, healthcare technology, theatre environments or anatomy-focused roles

PMRI is located at the Royal North Shore Hospital and Kolling Institute - located only 10-minute drive from Sydney harbour. The Kolling Institute is a joint venture partnership between the Northern Sydney Local Health District and the University of Sydney . The University of Sydney is a top Australian university and top 20 in the world ranking.
Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary pain researcher with a strong track record in clinical pain or discovery science-including molecular, cellular, systems, network or genetic 2
approaches-who are interested in establishing and running their own research group within our multidisciplinary institute.
- Location: Royal North Shore Hospital campus, Northern Sydney Local Health District, St Leonards, NSW 2065, Australia
- Duration: 3-5 years
- Start Date: Flexible, subject to grant timelines
Grant Funding Package will include
- Relocation costs for researcher (up to $10,000) and family (up to additional $20,000) with appropriate justification
- Salary: Commensurate with experience ( Principal Hospital Scientist NSW Health Award or similar)
- NSW Health Elite Researcher Grant will be sought for start up project funding Additional Support: Established office and lab space with clinical/pre-clinical collaborations, top level research infrastructure, and support for affiliation with the University of Sydney.
- Currently residing and working outside Australia
- Established leader in clinical or pre-clinical/discovery pain research with a strong publication and funding track record
- Commitment to relocating and leading pain research group in Sydney for a minimum of 3 years
