- Aligns, trains and motivates the site staff and principal investigator on the goals of the clinical trial program, protocol and patient treatment principles for the trial ensuring a trusted partnership.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and deliver
- Manage specified sales territories, consistently develop and grow the territory through engagement with existing and new customers;

- Understand customers objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form long standing mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Provide product information, demonstrations and training to customers.
- Manage product trials & - when and where required.
- Enhance case management abilities via ongoing development of procedural and product knowledge, i.e. continuous self-learning.
- Following each procedure attended, ensure debrief with Gastroenterologists/Surgeons/NUMs in order to: Establish likes/dislikes regarding product/procedure. Reaffirm their preference for DT products. Obtain additional business. Set (or re-set) their expectations regarding ongoing DT personnel case attendance. Manage Consignment stock. Obtain purchase order and invoice all items used.
Specifically, focus on building meaningful business relationships with customers, given their higher potential for conversion to DT products.
Be available (and suitably organised, i.e. carry appropriate samples etc.) to discuss business growth opportunities with customers whenever the opportunity arises.
Accurately document all valid issues (e.g. product, procedural etc.) in Sales
Force, and pass on information, in a timely fashion, to National Sales Manager.
Monitor Hospital consignment stock levels, and expiry dates and act upon reordering opportunities, comply with all stock keeping requirements per policy.
Ensure all customers are equipped with product collateral as required.
Ensure all sustainable business growth opportunities are followed-up in a timely manner:

About the role (where your magic comes in)We're looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who bring both clinical excellence and genuine heart.
These are hybrid roles - combine telehealth from your home (or private professional space) with community-based, face-to-face support where needed.
You'll work with a diverse and meaningful caseload, including clients with:Ongoing therapeutic intervention
Progressive neurological conditions (MS, Parkinson's)
Paediatric and adult clients across different life stages
Neurodiverse clients (autism, ADHD)
Psychosocial, intellectual and physical disabilities
We receive referrals for assessments, reports, and ongoing intervention, and we take the time to match you with clients aligned to your experience, interests and preferred demographics.
You'll never feel like you're working alone - ongoing client support and a collaborative clinician community are part of the deal.
Seeking Assessment Only Work?If so, we can only offer Assessment Only roles to OTs who offer:
Complex Home Modifications
AT Prescription and Trials
Driving and Community Mobility Assessments
Of course, specialist expertise with assessments invite higher pay rates.

You'll bring:Ideally, you have at least 3 years of professional post-graduate experience
AHPRA registration
Experience working with NDIS participants / people with a disability
Experience providing online therapy / telehealth
Capacity to provide assessments & ongoing therapy. This is not an assessment only role UNLESS you have the specialisations listed above
A private, professional workspace with reliable internet, camera & mic
Australian Business Number - ABN
Appropriate business insurances (Professional Indemnity - PI, and Public liability - PL)
This is an independent contractor opportunity , not a salaried or full-time employment position.
Our role is to connect practitioners with clients and participants who require allied health services. We provide referrals that can help you grow and supplement your existing private practice, rather than guaranteeing a fixed caseload or income.
This opportunity is best suited to practitioners seeking flexible work that complements an existing private practice, business, or employment arrangement, while maintaining full control over their schedule, workload, and service delivery.
