This is an excellent opportunity for motivated nurses with recent Cardiac Catheter Laboratory experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care within a dynamic and evolving setting. You will utilise your strong clinical and critical thinking skills to plan, coordinate and evaluate patient care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.This is a permanent role.

Key Requirements
- current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months recent experience within a Cardiac Catheter Laboratory
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification

Essential Criteria
An MBBS or equivalent to enable registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) and Fellowship with an Australian Medical Specialist College is mandatory.
Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (FRACMA) is highly desirable for this role however not mandated.
The ability to work in a clinical capacity (0.2 FE) in your recognised specialty with the Central Queensland Health would be highly desirable.
Current ALS certification and enrolment and maintenance of ongoing CME program with the appropriate bodies is mandatory.
The successful candidate will be required to participate in the Senior Medical/ DMS on call roster. The appointee will be required to undergo a credentialing process and will be granted appropriate scope of clinical practice. There is a system of review and renewal of credentials and Scope of Clinical Practice for Specialists and Non-specialist Senior Medical Officers on staff. This is reviewed on a three-yearly basis.
The Package
Total package up to $543,581 p.a.
