Clinical Research Trial Coordinator
Join a team making a real impact in pancreatic cancer research
Are you an experienced Clinical Research Trial Coordinator looking to make a meaningful difference in cancer research?
An exciting opportunity is available to join the Jreissati Pancreatic Centre at Epworth, supporting a growing portfolio of pancreatic cancer clinical trials. In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate clinical research activities across the trial lifecycle, working closely with patients, investigators, sponsors and multidisciplinary teams.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 24 months, based at Epworth Corporate
You will make an impact by:
- Coordinating clinical trials from site start-up through to close-out, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting participant pre-screening, screening, enrolment and ongoing trial assessments.
- Coordinating participant visits and ensuring study requirements are completed in line with trial protocols.
- Maintaining accurate trial documentation, source data, Case Report Forms and Investigator Site Files.
- Liaising with investigators, sponsors, CROs and internal clinical teams to support monitoring, data queries and trial activities.
- Coordinating safety reporting, investigational products and third-party services including pharmacy, pathology and radiology.
To be successful in this role:
You’ll be an experienced clinical research professional who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, excellent organisation and communication skills, and a genuine commitment to high-quality clinical research and patient care.
You will have:
- A degree or relevant further education in health and/or science.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or equivalent.
- Research experience and knowledge in medical oncology.
- Experience working within a clinical or hospital environment.
- Strong data collection, management and organisational skills.
- The ability to confidently manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Experience or knowledge in pancreatic cancer, additional clinical research qualifications such as GCP, GDP or IATA, and experience with tissue or blood sample collection would be advantageous.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead a team responsible for the availability, resilience, security and ongoing evolution of Cabrini’s technology infrastructure (on premise and cloud). This senior leadership role combines people leadership, operational excellence and strategic thinking to ensure reliable, high-quality infrastructure services that support Cabrini’s business objectives. As a trusted technology partner, you’ll work closely with Technology leaders, stakeholders and vendors to solve complex challenges, drive continuous improvement and enable Cabrini’s technology future.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Lead and develop the infrastructure team, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure reliable, secure and resilient infrastructure, meeting agreed service levels and supporting business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Manage infrastructure lifecycle and service delivery, including maintenance, upgrades, projects and key IT service management practices.
- Provide strategic technology leadership, advising the CIO and Technology Leadership Team on infrastructure strategy, investment, risks and opportunities.
- Build strong stakeholder and vendor partnerships, ensuring effective service delivery, performance management and alignment with business needs.
- Drive governance, risk and financial management, including security, compliance, documentation, standards, budgets and achieving value from infrastructure investments.
What we’re looking for
- Proven infrastructure leadership experience within a complex enterprise environment, ideally in healthcare or another highly regulated sector.
- Strong technical expertise across enterprise infrastructure including cloud, networks, servers, storage, databases, telephony and data centres.
- Strong service management capability, with knowledge of ITIL, contemporary delivery practices, DevOps and Agile.
- Experience in governance, cyber security, risk and compliance, with a strong focus on resilient and secure technology services.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels.
- Strong commercial and transformation capability, including budget management, vendor performance and delivering technology transformation with measurable business outcomes.

About the opportunity
- Manage and operate Imprest scanning & deliveries to the wards as per the daily schedules
- Pick, pack & deliver orders as per the imprest scanning replenishment on daily basis.
- Unpack and sort receivables of daily deliveries via our ERP system and put away in designated locations or deliver as required
- Receive & deliver all stock outside the Tech 1 system for deliveries that are not on purchase orders.
- Ensure rolling stock counts are conducted to maintain 100% accuracy of inventory quantities.
- To provide assistance to other store persons as required or instructed by Store Supervisor and 2IC.

What do we need from you?

About the opportunity
We are looking for experienced RPN Grade 3's or equivalent to join Mercy Mental Health Casual Bank to cover planned leave and short notice vacancies within the CATT and EMH teams.
- The role of the CATT Clinician is to provide intensive clinical assessment, treatment and support services to known clients who are in acute psychiatric crisis or at risk of relapse.
- The EMH Clinician provides intensive clinical assessment, treatment and support services to clients who are in acute psychiatric crisis who present to Werribee Mercy Hospital ED, PACER or the MMH Triage service.
- In both roles you will form part of a multidisciplinary team & will be required to provide highly responsive & flexible service to consumers & carers.
Qualification/ registration requirements
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with successful completion of a specialist undergraduate psychiatric nursing program or a Post Graduate Psychiatric/mental health nursing qualification or
- An approved degree in Psychology and registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or
- Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist or
- A recognised degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.

We are seeking a skilled, knowledgeable passionate and experienced Child Counsellor to work in our Supporting Children After Separation Service within our Family Law Services suite of services in Chermside.
This position has a primary focus of working with children and young people and providing specialised counselling to children, young people who are experiencing impacts from parental separation and high conflict including domestic and family violence.
You will provide a range of high-quality age-appropriate interventions including assessment; individual and group counselling; and psycho-education and therapeutic supports to children and young people (under 18 years) who are experiencing difficulties related to family relationships and changes in family structure.
The position also plays a key role in connecting children and their families with other relevant services through effective referrals and collaborations.
What makes a difference for us?
- Tertiary qualifications (minimum Bachelor) in a relevant human services field, with membership or eligible membership of an appropriate professional body (e.g. AASW, APS, PACFA Member Association) preferred and significant relevant experience

Assistant Retail Supervisor | Lifeline
- Employment Term: Permanent Full Time (Tuesday - Saturday)
- Location:Logan Central
- Remuneration: $28.89 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay) + commission program for high performers

Everyday our 120 stores across Queensland sell donated goods, giving pre-loved items a second life and bringing in profit to support our Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services.

Your part in our Lifeline team
Along with your passion for your local community and leading a store that provides great customer service you will:
- Demonstrate a passion for Lifeline and its purpose, promoting its service and value to the community through personal actions, behaviours, practices and outcomes
- Support the Retail Supervisor in all aspects of a retail operation and delegate responsibilities where appropriate to ensure sound business practices are adhered to and sales targets are achieved
- Work with staff and volunteers to review and monitor pricing, visual merchandising, promotional events and selling techniques to ensure that profitability is maintained and improved
- Maintain effective communication channels within direct team, regional support functions and external stakeholders and provide assistance to team members in handling customer complaints / enquiries.
- Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
- Set objectives and prioritise tasks, ensuring objectives are tied to overall business strategy
- Coach and develop direct reports daily, ensuring development goals are linked to business objectives and improved performance
What makes a difference for us
To be successful for this role you will need to be/have:
- Be passionate about Lifeline and be able to articulate its purpose
- Demonstrated experience in retail management (or hospitality management), including experience in coaching and mentoring people
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles, including but not limited to customer service, visual presentation, online marketing and stock control
- Create a values driven, diverse and safe employment environment that attracts, engages and retains skilled employees and volunteers
- Communicate promotional event information to maximise results
- Identify issues and opportunities based on trends and customer feedback
- Setting and exceeding priorities to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectives
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Ability to use a retail business systems, POS and Microsoft Office
