Our Neighbourhood Administration / Scheduling Officer, is a key support role to the delivery of our Community Care based services. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are running efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.
Key responsibilities include but are limited to:
- Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person
- Manage requests, concerns and inquiries
- Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
- Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested
- Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
- Monitor, order and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databases
- Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
- Assist senior staff with special projects as required

Role requirements:
- Available to work flexible start times between 6:30am and 8:00am.
- You will have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in rostering/scheduling – Highly regarded
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
- Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude

Transport Services – Offering transport for appointments, shopping trips, and social outings.

This is a casual opportunity based at Castle Hill Village Seniors Communities and Health Centre, with available afternoon (3:00pm to 11:00pm) and night (11:00pm to 7:00am) shifts.
This role includes conducting wellness assessments, wound care management, catheter care, monitoring high-risk residents, coordinating follow-up care and working collaboratively with families, Clinical Leads and allied health professionals to support positive resident outcomes that enhances their wellbeing and quality of life though inclusive care.
With compassion, professionalism and clinical expertise, you will:
Resident Care & Wellbeing
Deliver routine and complex nursing care, including wound management, injections, infection control and medication-related support
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ health and wellbeing
Evaluate resident progress and adjust care interventions as required
Respond appropriately to clinical incidents, illnesses, falls and changes in condition
Escalate concerns and liaise with doctors, specialists and healthcare providers when required
Communication & Collaboration
Build trusted relationships with residents, families and representatives
Share clinical knowledge and support colleagues to achieve positive resident outcomes
Work collaboratively with care teams, allied health professionals and operational leaders
Contribute to the review and evaluation of resident care plans
Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation

Lead the future of preventative health and wellbeing at Epworth.
Epworth is opening an exciting new chapter with the launch of Epworth Healthy Living, a premium health, wellbeing and preventative care service designed to help people live well through every stage of life. We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Director of Operations to lead the establishment and ongoing success of this innovative service, based in Richmond and working across Epworth locations.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Continuing Care and Support Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of service delivery, workforce management, financial performance, governance, quality, safety and customer experience. You will partner closely with clinicians, medical specialists and executive leaders to deliver a high-performing, patient-centred service that supports Epworth's vision of exceptional care for life.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the operational establishment and growth of Epworth Healthy Living.
- Deliver strategic and operational plans that drive sustainable growth and service excellence.
- Oversee financial performance, workforce planning, governance and risk management.
- Foster strong partnerships with medical specialists, clinicians, executives and community stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and service redesign initiatives.
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, quality and exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators across operational, financial and quality domains.
About You
You are an accomplished healthcare operations leader with demonstrated success delivering strategic growth, operational performance and service excellence within complex health environments. A confident and influential relationship builder, you can engage effectively with executives, medical specialists, clinicians and external partners to achieve shared outcomes. Combining strong commercial leadership with a commitment to quality and innovation, you have the capability to establish and grow services, lead transformational change and create a culture where people thrive.

To be successful, you will have:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare operations, practice management or health service administration.
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Tertiary qualifications in a health or health-related discipline.
- Strong commercial, financial and resource management capability.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving high performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience implementing new technology and clinical applications.
- A strong understanding of quality, governance and regulatory requirements within healthcare.
- Tertiary qualifications in a health or health-related discipline.
- Experience in corporate health, wellbeing, preventative health or premium healthcare services will be highly regarded.
- Relevant postgraduate leadership/management qualifications preferred

Werribee Mercy Hospital is seeking a motivated and experienced Midwife Educator to join the Learning Team. The Learning Team is committed to providing quality education by promoting excellence in professional practice through empowering Midwives in the public health sector.
The Clinical Midwifery Educator will collaborate closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing and Midwifery Education and the Clinical Support Team to develop and implement innovative clinical education and training programs. About the role

Your part in our Buderim Hospital team
As a Cardiac Radiographer within the Cath Lab, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. You will:
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Be responsible for operating advanced fluoroscopic and radiographic imaging equipment to support procedures such as coronary angiograms, angioplasties, pacemaker insertions, structural heart interventions, and vascular studies.
- You will ensure the delivery of precise, real-time imaging to assist cardiologists and vascular surgeons in decision-making and patient care.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols, clinical governance, and quality assurance standards is essential.
- Provide patient preparation and support, image acquisition and archiving, and equipment troubleshooting.
- This position requires strong technical proficiency, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
What makes a difference for us?
- Bachelor of Applied Science - Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
- 2+ years experience as a Radiographer
- Prior experience in a Cath Lab, vascular or interventional radiology is highly valued, though training opportunities may be available for motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in interventional radiography particularly cardiac, vascular and pain desirable
- Possess a licence to use irradiating apparatus
- Experience using Siemens and/or Phillips equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours on an ‘on-call’ roster
- Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
