We're a well-respected not-for-profit that's been serving people in need for over 170 years. Each year, we achieve life-changing outcomes for thousands of people who rely on our person-centred support.

You also share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, embedding them in everything you do.
What's required:
Certificate IV in Community Services or a related qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience supporting people living with mental health conditions or psychosocial needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a person-centred approach.
Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across regional locations as required.
Ability to meet relevant probity requirements, including Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Experience delivering community-based mental health or psychosocial support.
Understanding of strengths-based, recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice.
Knowledge of services and referral pathways across the New England North West region.
