The primary function of the Outpatient Coordinator is to provide customer service and administrative support to Epworth staff, patients, visitors, relatives and medical staff. This role is multi-disciplined across outpatient administration department. This role is non-clinical and will incorporate providing a comprehensive reception service directing patients, visitors and staff to appropriate services,and the management of the administrative processing of patients across all aspects of outpatient pre-admission, admission, service delivery and discharge phases.
This is a full-time, on going position based in Epworth Camberwell.
To be successful, you will have...
- Proven and comprehensive background in Administration in a service orientated environment.
- Experience in Hospital Administration and/or Patient Services (Desirable).
- Ability to work autonomously as required but to also work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment
- Excellent customer service delivery
- Previous working knowledge of hospital Patient Management systems i.e. iPM/BOSSNet
- Experience utilising Microsoft office suite with ability to maintain data entry accuracy.

Role requirements
- Diploma in Leisure and Health with extensive relevant experience
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
- Experience designing and delivering wellness, lifestyle or engagement programs in aged care, disability or community settings
- Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring or leading staff and/or volunteers
- Strong understanding of person-centered practice, dementia care and cultural safety
- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS and risk management principles
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or organisational policies

About the opportunity
The Occupational Therapy department at WMH offers a supportive environment that promotes a culture of learning and development, with various opportunities for career progression. A Grade 3 OT will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality service delivery, including assessment, intervention planning, and evaluation of outcomes. In this role, you will also provide supervision, guidance, and support to junior Occupational Therapy staff, fostering professional development and maintaining clinical standards within the team.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, the role will contribute to the effective operation of the department through leadership in quality improvement initiatives, resource development and coordination, and maintaining well‑organised and safe therapy environments.

About the Mother Baby Unit
The Werribee MBU is a 6-bed, 6-cot inpatient facility specialising in perinatal mental health. The unit supports women experiencing moderate to severe perinatal mental health challenges and focuses on strengthening parenting capacity and the mother-infant relationship.
The multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric registrars, psychologists, maternal and child health nurses, clinical nurse specialists, postgraduate-trained nursing staff, a Nurse Unit Manager, and other allied health professionals.

About the opportunity
The AOD clinician will work collaboratively with the HOPE team to actively engage clients in the assessment of their own suicide risk and actively contribute to their suicide prevention plan in order to minimize the risk of attempting suicide in the future.
The AOD clinician will assist the HOPE team in responding to new referrals in a timely manner, work with consumers and their families and carry out discipline specific duties and assessments. The HOPE team will work in a manner that encourages and invites consumer participation and promotes self-determination. The role includes a component of outreach work, and as such, some weekend and afterhours work will be required.
Qualifications:
- Registration with AHPRA
-as a Registered Nurse with tertiary qualification in mental health nursing or
-as a Psychologist with endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist or
-as an Occupational Therapist or
-a recognized degree in social work with eligibility for registration with Australian Association of Social Workers
- Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience including having worked within a community mental health setting.
- Completed Cert IV in AOD training or higher.
- Extensive experience in managing client with AOD issues.
- A current unrestricted Victorian Drivers Licence is essential.

We are seeking a skilled, knowledgeable passionate and experienced Child Counsellor to work in our Supporting Children After Separation Service within our Family Law Services suite of services in Caboolture, Moreton Bay.
This position has a primary focus of working with children and young people and providing specialised counselling to children, young people who are experiencing impacts from parental separation and high conflict including domestic and family violence.
You will provide a range of high-quality age-appropriate interventions including assessment; individual and group counselling; and psycho-education and therapeutic supports to children and young people (under 18 years) who are experiencing difficulties related to family relationships and changes in family structure. The position also plays a key role in connecting children and their families with other relevant services through effective referrals and collaborations.
What makes a difference for us?
- Tertiary qualifications (minimum Bachelor) in a relevant human services field, with membership or eligible membership of an appropriate professional body (e.g. AASW, APS, PACFA Member Association) preferred and significant relevant experience
- Excellent counselling, therapeutic and interpersonal skills including knowledge of evidence based therapeutic interventions
- Demonstrated assessment skills, including therapeutic assessment, crisis intervention, risk assessment and safety planning.
- An understanding of the impact of trauma on children and young people and the components of working within a child protection framework.
- Significant knowledge in the area of high conflict, domestic and family violence and impacts on children and family
- Great communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail

Your opportunity
As a Café and Functions Assistant, you’ll be doing more than serving coffee – you’ll be creating an atmosphere that feels like home for our residents! Your key responsibilities include:
Delivering top-notch customer service with warmth and a smile
Preparing food and beverages with care, including crafting delicious espresso coffee
Operating our POS system and managing payments effortlessly
Ensuring the café is always tidy, welcoming, and ready for action – from setup to clean-up
Supporting events and activities that bring life to our villages!
What you’ll bring
Empathy to interact respectfully with elderly residents, attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. You share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, and bring them to everything you do.
What’s required:
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Working with Children Check
6 months experience in food service or front of house experience, along with barista skills
Family friendly hours availability, including weekends
What’s preferred:
Food Handling Certificate
Hospitality and customer service experience
Your commute is within 20mins of our locations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A kind, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn

About the Role
You’ll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly – an indispensable helper to our residential aged care manager.
Usually, your day will involve:
- Working closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters
- Assisting with staff recruitment and onboarding
- Providing prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
- Proactively managing the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales
- Lending a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake
- Providing guidance and mentoring to Administration Officer
- Maintaining all record management systems
- Supporting our residential aged care manager in their daily tasks
You’ll be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail. You’ll also have:
- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally)
- A proven ability to work to deadlines and work in fast-paced environment
- Solid computer and data skills
- Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally)
- Previous experience in rostering (ideally)
