About the role
As the Quality Manager, Support Services, you’ll lead the quality, safety, governance, risk, accreditation and continuous improvement agenda across a diverse portfolio of essential support services.
Working closely with the Director Support Services, Monash Health senior leaders and our wider Support Services team you’ll drive strategic improvement, strengthen quality and training systems, manage organisational risk and build a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity to influence meaningful change across the Support Services portfolio and help deliver safer, higher-quality experiences for patients, consumers and employees.
This role is full time, ongoing. While predominately based at Monash Medical Centre Clayton, you’ll also work across other Monash Health sites to meet business needs and to support the teams.
About the Support Services team
Support Services plays a critical role in keeping Monash Health’s hospitals safe, efficient and well supported.
The team oversees patient food services and a large central production kitchen, environmental services, linen, portering, ward support patient services assistants, waste management, pest control, washroom services, vending and other essential support functions.
In this role, the Quality Manager, Support Services will work across this diverse portfolio, partnering with leaders and teams to strengthen quality, training, performance and service delivery.
About you
You’re an experienced quality, safety and improvement professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys turning opportunities into meaningful outcomes. You’ll bring strong experience leading teams and fostering collaboration. You’re results-focused, a natural communicator (written and verbal) with a flair for reporting.

About the Role:
Join our team as an Associate Midwife Manager on a fulltime or part time – ongoing basis to experience Leadership within the services at Dandenong.
As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maternity services, leading clinical activities, and enhancing patient care outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

About the Role
Join our team as a Chef on a full time, ongoing to work at Monash Medical Centre based at Clayton. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the Food Services Manager and working with the broader Support Services team.
As part of the Support Services team, our Chefs play a vital role in delivering high-quality nutrition and hydration services that support patient health, recovery and wellbeing. Chefs are responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of meals in accordance with standardised recipes, production schedules and individual dietary requirements. They ensure all food is prepared safely, meets quality standards, and complies with food safety regulations and hospital policies.
Chefs contribute to patient care by producing nutritious, appetising meals that meet diverse clinical and cultural needs, while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and service. They work collaboratively with Food Services staff to ensure meals are prepared, portioned and delivered accurately, safely and on time, supporting a positive patient experience.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Preparing and serving meals in a timely manner according to standardised recipes and dietary requirements
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety, hygiene, infection control, and quality standards
• Maintaining and auditing the Food Safety Program, identifying critical control points and developing corrective actions
• Participating in hygiene and cleanliness audits within kitchen environments
• Supporting internal and external meal services to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
• Monitoring and maintaining quality standards in menu planning and food preparation
• Contributing to the review and improvement of food regeneration standards and work methods
• Ensuring compliance with the Food Safety Program, Victorian Nutritional Standards, Portion Guidelines, and OHS procedures
• Reporting faults and maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule for kitchen equipment in collaboration with the Production or Food Services Manager
• Recommending and initiating proposals for improved production or service delivery
We currently have the following available:
Days: Tuesday to Saturday
Hours: 10:00am - 6:30pm
Total hours per fortnight: 80
About You
To ensure your success in this role, you will bring a solid foundation of industry-recognised training, paired with hands-on experience in food services or commercial kitchens. You will have a strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality management systems. Your ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, along with excellent communication skills, will allow you to contribute positively to the kitchen environment. You will take pride in your work, maintain high standards of hygiene, and be confident in meeting the physical demands of the role, including manual handling tasks. Demonstrated time management skills, a proactive attitude, and a focus on delivering high-quality service are essential.
You are also required to hold
• Trade qualification – Commercial Cookery
• Current Food Safety qualification
• Food services certificate (HLTFSE001: Follow basic food safety practices or SITXFSA001: Use hygienic practices for food safety
• Qualification in HACCP procedures and quality management systems

About the Role

Reporting to the National Director, Property Management, this critical leadership role is responsible for overseeing enterprise strategy, property development and construction projects across St Vincent's national property portfolio. About the position:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinical Nurse Educator with a passion for palliative care and clinical teaching to join our St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane team. This is a temporary, 12 month position, working 48 hours per fortnight (0.63 FTE) available to commence mid-December.
The purpose of this role is to provide clinical expertise and specialty knowledge through advanced clinical leadership and education relevant to the specialty of Palliative Care. About the Role
An opportunity currently exists for a Grade 2 physiotherapist to join the physiotherapy department. About the Role

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A tertiary-level healthcare qualification.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current satisfactory National Police and NDIS clearance checks.
- Previous operational management experience within a healthcare setting, preferably within aged care.
- Extensive clinical leadership experience and knowledge, preferably within residential aged care or a similar service.

We are seeking a qualified (desirable) trade person to join our Maintenance Team to provide general handyperson services to residential care service.
As a Maintenance Officer you will work autonomously and as a team, to provide routine, planned, ad-hoc and respond to urgent maintenance requests and general garden maintenance. And the requests are varied! You can expect requests from planned maintenance works like painting, patching and flooring repairs, general pruning and planned mowing, through to assisting residents with sensors, water pressure, TV remotes or bathroom and handrail installations – no day is the same in Aged Care. As the Maintenance Officer you will be part of a supportive, dedicated team at St Vincent’s Care Services Edgecliff.
St Vincent's Care Services Edgecliff is just 4km east of Sydney's city centre. Our small but homey 39 bed facility is located in a tranquil, leafy suburb within walking distance of public transport.

The Opportunity
As the National Director of Nursing & Clinical Governance, you will providecontemporary leadership in clinical governance, quality resident safety professional nursing.

About the role
- The Community Re-entry Support Service (CRESS) Aboriginal Health Practitioner provides culturally safe, holistic, and person-centred healthcare to Aboriginal people experiencing homelessness in inner city Sydney with complex unmet health needs and frequent justice system contact.
- Work alongside clients, the CRESS Coordinator, multidisciplinary teams and communities to deliver specialist healthcare, consultancy, and shared-care coordination to improve access to healthcare, accommodation, and support.
- Provide care within an assertive outreach model, undertaking clinical responsibilities within scope of practice, including assessment, screening, intervention, health education, and interpretation of relevant clinical assessments and procedures
- Apply trauma-informed, harm reduction, and strengths-based approaches to support Aboriginal clients through advocacy, care planning, and connection with appropriate health, accommodation, and community services

About you

The Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Team offers specialist perinatal and parent-infant mental healthcare. The Monash Health Gender Clinic is Australia’s oldest gender service and a state-wide service providing client-centred care to transgender, gender diverse and non-binary (TGDNB) people.
The Gender Clinic supports people through their gender affirmation journey by providing:

A safe and supportive environment to explore gender identity and transition options.

Assessments for gender-affirming medical care in line with best-practice guidelines.

Support to address physical and mental health needs that may impact wellbeing and transition.

Access to endocrinology, voice training and gender-affirming laser hair removal.

Referrals to appropriate health, social, community and peer support services.

Support for private surgeries where appropriate.

Education for health professionals, community and advocacy groups.
The program has longstanding partnerships with specialist services, universities and international stakeholders to advance understanding of gender diversity and reduce barriers to trans-affirming care.

About the Role
Join the Monash Health Gender Clinic as a Grade 3 Speech Pathologist on a Part-Time (0.6 EFT, 3 days per week), ongoing basis, based at the Victorian Pride Centre in St Kilda.
Working with the Operations Manager and broader Gender Clinic team, you will:

Provide evidence-based, gender-affirming voice assessment and intervention.

Develop individualised treatment plans that support consumer goals and wellbeing.

Provide a safe, inclusive and supportive experience for consumers.

Provide clinical advice and supervision to junior and graduate speech pathologists, including students.

Join our team as a Senior Speech Pathologist on a Part-Time (0.8 EFT, 4 days per week), ongoing basis at the Monash Health Gender Clinic, based at the Victorian Pride Centre in St Kilda.
Working under the leadership of the Operations Manager and as part of the broader Gender Clinic team, you will:

Support the development and delivery of the Gender Clinic’s voice and communication program.

Provide evidence-based, gender-affirming assessment, therapy and treatment planning.

Monitor outcomes and adapt care to achieve safe, sustainable and client-centred goals.
