About the role
Psychiatric, Alcohol and Non-Prescription Drug Assessment (PANDA) Unit is a medical inpatient ward for people presenting with alcohol and/or other substance intoxication or behavioural disturbance, together with co-existing medical, drug and alcohol, toxicological and/or mental health issues.
Provide trauma-informed care alongside comprehensive medical, psychiatric, and psychosocial assessments to determine the complexity of each patient’s needs.
Foster a non-judgemental, psychologically safe environment that supports open communication and collaborative development of an individualised care plan.
Liaise and refer to community outreach services and local NGOs to provide ongoing support and a more integrated care plan after hospital discharge.
Support the development of strong, collaborative relationships with the Aboriginal Health Team, Mental Health services, Alcohol and Other Drug & Homeless Health Teams to support continuity of care.
Focus on increasing patient engagement with community services and create sustainable treatment options to decrease the need for crisis presentations to the Emergency Department.
About you
Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
Experience working with an acute hospital setting as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice as a registered nurse.
Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.

Your role at St John of God
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Grade 1 Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive Allied Health team at St John of God Bendigo Hospital on a casual basis.
The Position
Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans based on patients’ clinical presentation, functional needs and goals.
Deliver safe, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across a range of inpatient presentations.
Work collaboratively with patients and their families to establish meaningful goals and support positive functional outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment programs with support from senior clinicians where required.
Provide hydrotherapy where clinically appropriate and within your scope of practice.
Work closely with medical, nursing and Allied Health teams to support coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and utilise appropriate outcome measures to monitor progress.
Participate in relevant departmental rosters, including weekend work where required.

We have shifts available on weekends and for weekday leave cover. This opportunity would suit a Physiotherapist looking to gain further hospital experience while working within a supportive and collaborative Allied Health environment. The weekend shifts are on our inpatient wards, and weekday shifts may be on Wards or in Outpatients.
Successful applicants will be currently registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).

Grade 1: $46.02 - $63.63 per hour, including casual loading, plus 12% superannuation.

Major tertiary referral centre consisting of 3 Cardiac Catheter Labs, 1 Electrophysiology Lab and 1 Endocardial Biopsy/ Right Heart Catheterization for interventional cardiac procedures such as insertion of stents, cardiac devices and structural heart procedures.
Leading the way in interventional procedures; percutaneous valve replacement (TAVI, Mitral and Tricuspid), left atrial appendage closure, Paravalvular leak closure, PFO, ASD closure, AF ablation, cardiac resynchronization therapy.
The only Heart Lung Transplant centre in NSW, carrying out procedures involving specialised mechanical support devices that are not available at any other centres.
Deliver evidence-based nursing care, coordinating with patients and families and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve goals and health outcomes.

About the role
Psychiatric, Alcohol and Non-Prescription Drug Assessment (PANDA) Unit is a medical inpatient ward for people presenting with alcohol and/or other substance intoxication or behavioural disturbance, together with co-existing medical, drug and alcohol, toxicological and/or mental health issues.
Provide trauma-informed care alongside comprehensive medical, psychiatric, and psychosocial assessments to determine the complexity of each patient’s needs.
Foster a non-judgemental, psychologically safe environment that supports open communication and collaborative development of an individualised care plan.
Liaise and refer to community outreach services and local NGOs to provide ongoing support and a more integrated care plan after hospital discharge.
Support the development of strong, collaborative relationships with the Aboriginal Health Team, Mental Health services, Alcohol and Other Drug & Homeless Health Teams to support continuity of care.
Focus on increasing patient engagement with community services and create sustainable treatment options to decrease the need for crisis presentations to the Emergency Department.
About you
Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
Experience working with an acute hospital setting as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice as a registered nurse.
Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.

About Us
Scanning Centre is based at Kingston. We had amalgamated Dandenong, Clayton and Casey Medical Records department in 2019.
Our Team processes documents from Sandringham, Victorian Heart Hospital, Clayton, Dandenong, Casey, all Mental Health/Community sites and SECASA. Our Team operates with over 60 EFT, we have 5 Team Leaders overseeing their own direct reports under different portfolios and 2 Trainer and Auditors. We work alongside Clinical Support Services that manages digital uploads. We collect, prep and scan medical records 7 days a week, 365 days in a year. We prep and scan over 400,000 pages a month whilst ensuring quality standards against the PROV guidelines are below 1.2% error rate. Our department oversees various operations such as Double UR's, Research, Screening OP referrals, Release of Information (after hours) and electronic uploads.
This department has highly skilled staff who are able to process, audit, uphold data integrity with high standards.
About the Role
This is a Full Time Ongoing role, working 80 hours a fortnight (ADO included and is optional). The role is based at our Monah Health Kingston Centre, in Heatherton, however you may be required to work at different sites such as Clayton and Dandenong.
Responsibilities
As a part of large team, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Prepping/Sorting and assembling of sensitive, medical records documents for scanning within departmental KPI's
- Follow business rules and policies and procedures
- Understanding of the Health Records Act and Privacy Act
- Scanning the paper medical record into an electronic format using the Kodak and Infomedix software systems in a timely and efficient manner.

- Accurate entry of information into a variety of systems including iPM and SMR

About the Department
Aviary Ward (4B) is a 28-bed specialist paediatric ward at Monash Children’s Hospital, providing care across Neurology, Adolescent Medicine and Paediatric Rehabilitation. The ward offers nurses the opportunity to work across both acute and sub-acute care, supporting children and young people with complex neurological conditions, adolescent health needs and rehabilitation goals. Working within a multidisciplinary team, nurses have the opportunity to develop a broad range of clinical skills while supporting patients and families through recovery, rehabilitation and improved health outcomes.
About the Role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse on a part time, fixed-term basis to work at Monash Children's Hospital, based in Clayton. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of Mandie Lehmann, Nurse Manager and working with the broader 4B Aviary nursing team.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care, including:

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced regulatory and business analysis professional to join St Vincent's Care at Home as a Senior Regulatory Business Analyst (SaMD). This is a 12-month fixed-term, hybrid opportunity based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, with a primary focus on enabling the regulation of Medicare Mental Health Check-In as Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
As Senior Regulatory Business Analyst, you will establish, implement and continuously improve our SaMD regulatory capability, ensuring digital health products, clinical software, artificial intelligence solutions and associated operational processes comply with applicable regulatory, quality and risk management requirements.
You will act as a critical link between regulatory affairs, product development, clinical governance, quality management, technology and operational teams, translating regulatory obligations into practical business processes, governance frameworks, product requirements and organisational controls.
You will also support ongoing compliance with Therapeutic Goods Administration requirements and other applicable medical device regulations, helping embed a sustainable and effective regulatory framework across the organisation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of the organisation's Software as a Medical Device regulatory management framework and governance processes
- Interpret and translate medical device regulatory requirements into practical operational, product and technical requirements
- Assess software products against applicable regulatory frameworks, support classification activities and identify compliance gaps and remediation actions
- Establish and monitor regulatory controls, requirements traceability, documentation and evidence management processes across regulated software products
- Support quality management, regulatory risk assessment, audits, inspections, post-market surveillance and regulatory reporting activities
- Work with product, clinical and engineering teams to embed regulatory requirements across design, development, testing, validation, verification and release processes
- Review software changes and emerging digital health initiatives, including artificial intelligence solutions, for regulatory impact
- Act as a regulatory business partner by facilitating requirements workshops, advising stakeholders and supporting engagement with regulators, accreditation agencies and external auditors
About You
You are an experienced regulatory professional and business analyst with strong knowledge of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), digital health technologies or other regulated healthcare products. You are confident interpreting complex regulatory requirements and translating them into clear, practical processes, controls and product requirements.
You build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams and are comfortable working with clinicians, software developers, product managers, quality specialists and senior stakeholders. You combine strong analytical capability with sound practical judgement and a commitment to delivering safe, compliant and sustainable digital health services.
Key Experience & Capability
- 7+ years' experience establishing, implementing or managing regulatory compliance frameworks for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), digital health technologies or regulated healthcare products
- Experience interpreting and applying Therapeutic Goods Administration requirements relating to medical devices and software
- Experience translating regulatory obligations into business processes, governance controls, system requirements and operational procedures
- Demonstrated experience undertaking regulatory gap assessments and implementing corrective actions
- Strong business analysis capability, including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, software developers, product managers, quality specialists and executive stakeholders
- Experience preparing or supporting Therapeutic Goods Administration submissions and regulatory documentation is desirable
- A bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, Pharmacy, Science, Business Analysis, Quality Management or a related discipline
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or CCBA), or a qualification in Regulatory Affairs, Medical Devices, Quality Management or Risk Management, is desirable
- Formal training in Software as a Medical Device regulation, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304 or related standards is desirable
