About the Department/ Program
Monash Children’s Allied Health provides specialised, multidisciplinary care to infants, children and families across inpatient, community and specialty services. Our team includes Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Child Life Therapy and a broad range of Allied Health disciplines, working together to deliver holistic, family-centred care.
Art Therapy is delivered across a range of settings, with a strong focus on trauma-informed, patient-centred care and supporting the emotional, psychological and developmental needs of children and families.
This is an opportunity to be part of a team that is passionate about the unique role Art Therapy can play in helping children and families feel supported, connected and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist, evidence-based Art Therapy assessment and intervention within your scope of practice.

About the Role
Bring your creativity, clinical expertise and passion for Art Therapy to Monash Children’s Hospital!
Join our team as an Art Therapist (Grade 1) on a part time, ongoing basis (0.4 EFT, 30.4 hours per fortnight) at Monash Children’s Hospital in Clayton.
Working as part of the Music, Art and Child Life Therapy team, the role will provide developmentally appropriate Art Therapy interventions to support children, families and carers through hospitalisation, medical procedures and health challenges.
Art Therapists at Monash Children’s Hospital:
- Deliver evidence-based Art Therapy to paediatric patients, families and carers.
- Support children’s emotional wellbeing, coping and adjustment through creative processes.
- Manage a designated paediatric caseload with clinical supervision and guidance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate Art Therapy into patient care.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- The role may provide clinical services across other areas as directed and requires flexibility to respond to the evolving needs of the service.
At times, Art Therapists may be required to travel between Monash Health sites.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring a passion for using creative therapies to support children and families, with knowledge of child development, trauma-informed and family-centred practice. You will have the ability to deliver developmentally appropriate Art Therapy, work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, and demonstrate a commitment to learning, professional development and evidence-based practice.
What you need:
- A postgraduate degree or Master’s in Art Therapy or Creative Arts Therapy.
- Eligibility for professional membership with the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA).

About Monash BreastScreen
Monash BreastScreen is the largest Reading and Assessment Service (RAS) in Victoria, providing breast screening, reading and assessment services to approximately 65,000 women each year across Melbourne's southeast and the Mornington Peninsula.
Operating from Moorabbin Hospital, Monash BreastScreen includes eight fixed screening locations and a mobile screening service, delivering accessible, high-quality breast screening services across the region.
As part of Monash Breast Services, Monash BreastScreen plays a vital role in an integrated multidisciplinary model of care, supporting women through every stage of their breast health journey, from screening and assessment through to diagnosis and treatment of both benign breast conditions and breast cancer.
About the Role

Are you a Mammographic Technologist looking for your next opportunity or are you a Radiographer who is working towards CMP accreditation with ASMIRT. Either way, we’d love to hear from you.
If you are a Radiographer joining our team, we'll provide training and supervisions to support you to attain the Certificate of Mammographic Practice (CMP) from ASMIRT.
Our Mammographic Medical Imaging Technologists provide high-quality mammographic imaging services across our screening sites and assessment clinics. Screening services are delivered at our Moorabbin, Waverley and Casey sites, while assessment clinics are conducted at Moorabbin Hospital.
We operate our service Monday to Saturday, 7.00am to 5.00pm. Our team enjoy working set shifts across designated days and have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when available.
Our team are assigned to a specific location; however, may occasionally be required to work at other Monash BreastScreen locations to meet business needs. As such, a current Victorian driver’s licence is required.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, we deliver safe, person-centred care while maintaining excellence in image quality, client experience and compliance with BreastScreen Victoria and Monash Health standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing high-quality screening and assessment mammography, including specialised imaging procedures.
- Delivering professional, compassionate and client-focused care to all women attending the service.
- Maintaining compliance with BreastScreen Victoria protocols, National Accreditation Standards and quality assurance requirements.
- Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
- Collaborating with radiologists, clinicians, nurses and allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary breast service.
- Supporting safe clinical practice through adherence to radiation safety, infection prevention and workplace safety standards.
- Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators including PGMI standards, image quality and technical repeat rates.
About You
As a qualified, skilled and compassionate Medical Imaging Professional, or a Radiographer working towards CMP, either way you are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and high-quality mammographic imaging services.

What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (MRPBA).
- A Diagnostic Certificate of Compliance issued by the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT).
- A current Victorian Radiation Use Licence.
- Commitment to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality mammographic images in line with accreditation standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and professional approach to patient care.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise competing demands.
- Commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and evidence-based practice.
Desirable:
- ASMIRT Certificate of Mammographic Practice (CMP).
- Experience working within a BreastScreen or dedicated breast imaging service.
- CCPM qualification or willingness to work towards achieving this credential.

About the Role:
We now have an opportunity for an outstanding, experienced Renal Registered Nurse to join our team.
- Part-time Permanent position available (64 hours per fortnight)
- Typical current working hours are 07:00 am - 3:30 pm, with flexibility to work afternoon shifts when required.
Home therapies provides a 24/7 on-call phone service, to support patients with clinical issues during their dialysis treatment. The position is graded as Community Health and rotates between home haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
About Us:
Monash Health, Dandenong operates the largest Home Dialysis Unit in Victoria. Located in Thomas Street, Dandenong with representation at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton campus, we support approximately 195 home patients primarily living across south-east metropolitan Melbourne.
A Day in the Life
Identify individual Patient needs and tailor Home Dialysis Approved plan in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and family to promote confident and competent self-care. Participate in outpatient clinics and home visits on support ongoing success of home dialysis. Support with assessment, problem-solving and management of home patients in their home environment.
About You :
You are a motivated Registered Nurse, who is self-directed, experienced or willing to learn in both peritoneal and home haemodialysis and who can deliver high quality patient centred care.Thriving in an inclusive and collaborative team environment, you have excellent clinical skills and work well within a multidisciplinary team. You proactively support your colleagues at all levels and are a natural mentor.
Importantly, you will need to demonstrate:
- Peritoneal and Home Haemodialysis experience (or willingness) to upskill
- Superior time management and communication skills
- Genuine thirst for learning and openness to further study
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and ability to think laterally
- Renal Postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.

About the Role
To provide excellent care of children and their families admitted under Paediatric General Medicine Unit at Monash Children’s Hospital Clayton and contribute to Unit activities as required.
Participation in the unit education program encouraged.
Key result areas:
- Provide clinical leadership through active involvement in patient care.
- Be available to medical colleagues for consultation and liaison as appropriate regarding patient care.
- Participation in the weekend roster covering General Paediatric Units.

0.14 EFT (5 hours per week, 10 hours per fortnight).
There are 4 positions available. 2 positions aligned to Team A and 2 to Team B. The 5 hours per week are averaged over a 4 week rolling roster of 1 x 3h session 0900-1200 per week, 3 of which will be as inpatient support consultant and 1 of which will be a general paediatric outpatient clinic and one weekend of a 3h support consultant shift on Saturday and Sunday 0900 – 1200.
Educational opportunities include a regular Tuesday General Paediatrics Team Meeting at 12:30 – 13:30, weekly radiology meetings, Grand Round presentations, and resident/student teaching if desired.
About You
What you need:
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Appropriate health professional tertiary qualifications (FRACP or equivalent)
- Working with Children's Certificate
- Recent/substantial experience in both General Paediatric and Neonatal management.
- Experience in HITH is desirable

The Medical Imaging Department at St Vincent's Hospital Sydney is inviting applications for Staff Specialist Radiologists. As a radiologist at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, you will be an integral part of a tertiary-level imaging department with access to a stimulating case mix in a collegial and supportive atmosphere.
St Vincent’s Medical Imaging (MI) provides a comprehensive imaging service to inpatients, emergency department patients and outpatients as well as collaborating with world class research institutions on campus.
We are a patient focussed service, highly engaged in multi-disciplinary care on campus with a strong research arm, quality education and training.
Our comprehensive range of diagnostic and interventional radiology services operating 24/7 includes:
• Computed Tomography (including cardiac CT)
• MRI (2 x3T, 1.5T), MRgFUS
• Dedicated interventional radiology suites
• Ultrasound
• Fluoroscopy
• Full range of Image guided procedures
We are accredited by ACHS for the National Safety & Quality Standards, Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme (DIAS), Practice Accreditation Standards (NATA) and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiology (RANZCR).
The Staff Specialist has responsibility for service standards, patient throughput, continuing education, research, training of staff and students as well as liaison with key stakeholders and other relevant professional bodies. This includes:
Provision of high quality diagnostic reporting
Report and validate imaging reports in a timely manner and communicate urgent reports appropriately.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, teaching and research duties.
Promotion of good patient care and the good reputation of the department and the hospital.
Participation in on-call rosters.
Collaborate with clinicians across the hospital and within the department

About the Role
An opportunity currently exists for motivated Grade 2 Registered Nurses to join the Emergency Department team on a permanent night shift fixed term basis, full time or part time. You will be responsible for the delivery of expert clinical care in the Emergency Department.

• Document, observe and report relevant nursing findings
• Liaise with the patient, the patient's family, medical and multidisciplinary staff
• Manage the physical and emotional well being of the patient

About the Role
Join our team as an Administration Officer Lead in an ongoing opportunity based at Monash Women’s Amber Team at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton.
In this important role, you will provide excellent administrative, secretarial, and receptionist support for the day-to-day activities of the Amber Team. You will also provide clerical and organizational support for the sub-teams within Amber at Clayton, including high-quality customer service for patients presenting to the service.

About Amber Team
We are a multi-unit team consisting of ADAPPT, Fetal Diagnostic Unit, Fetal Surveillance, and Maternal Fetal Medicine. The Amber Team runs maternity clinics and surveillance services 7 days a week. We provide a comprehensive range of maternity care and diagnostic services for the rapidly growing communities of Melbourne’s Southeast. We work in conjunction with our Sandringham, Casey, and Dandenong Women’s Health teams.
About You
You are a proactive and experienced healthcare administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You have strong administrative and organizational skills and are accustomed to working in a hospital environment. You also have friendly and helpful customer service and communication skills. To ensure your success in this role, you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience, and knowledge:
- Proven healthcare administration experience
- Familiarity with iPM, KRONOS, EMR, RIS/PACS, Oracle (advantageous)

About the Department / Program
Engineering & Infrastructure Department is responsible to ensure that Monash Health facilities, buildings & infrastructure assets are managed & maintained at appropriate standards for critical health services delivery. We are responsible for a range of capital/minor works projects, infrastructure and assets replacement programs. We are responsible to ensure all our buildings, facilities & infrastructure are built & maintained to meet all relevant mandatory statutory regulations, codes, standards & guidelines.
About the Role
Join our team as an A Grade Electrician on a full time 5 day position to work at Kingston Centre Hospital based at Cheltenham. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the Facilities Manager and working with the broader Trade and Facilities team.
- This hands on role encompasses the inspection, repair and diagnosis of electrical faults with hospital plant and equipment to ensure it’s safe, reliable and efficient operation.
- Electrical installation work will be required.
- Assist with the effective management and operation of the electrical LV and HV infrastructure operations and maintenance.
- Assist with the effective management of the programed planned maintenance regime for the electrical infrastructure and assets.
- Manage reactive and planned maintenance requests using CMMS.
- Review and update asset registry as required.
- Assist with writing technical specifications, scopes, tendering and procure services within MH policies and guidelines when requested.
- Assist with effective contract management & contractor conformance with contract requirements & OHS legislation.
- Become actively involved and support the engineering managers to deliver facilities management services across Monash Health facilities when requested.
- Maintain a regular cycle of risk identification, assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Provide advice regarding other key areas of planning, generate ideas and provide innovative solutions to enhance delivery of maintenance and electrical services.
- As a member of the Engineering Electrical team the position will actively lead and promote the Vision, Mission and values of Monash Health, be customer focused and participate in the development and review of the Engineering Services strategic plan when requested.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at Casey Hospital, Monash Health to assist in covering long service leave from 24th November 2026 to 20th January 2027.
The paediatric unit at Casey has a 20 cot SCN and a 20 bed children's ward (shared with Paediatric Surgery and ENT), supported by a team of dedicated nurses and three other consultants to provide 24 hour cover. The unit has 8 FTE of registrars, an SRMO, 6 HMOs and a part time Clinical Nurse Consultant. Each paediatrician participates in a 1 in 4 roster of ward service, after-hours cover and a number of outpatient clinics per month. The outpatient clinics have registrar or SRMO support. In addition, it is expected that consultants attend weekly teaching and clinical review meetings and contribute to the non-clinical activities of the paediatric unit. On average the role will be paid at 12.27 hours/week plus on call as rostered. There may be an opportunity to work some additional hours. The role comprises:
- Ward service week (1 week in 4):

- Supervision of morning handover 0800-0830
- Daily ward rounds of Paediatric Ward and Special Care Nursery and cover for advice and emergencies until 1700
- Monday afternoon - General Paediatric outpatient clinic
- Tuesday afternoon – Results Review clinic
- Wed afternoon – Rapid Review clinic
- Thursday afternoon – cover registrars to allow their attendance at teaching
- On call Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

Non ward service weeks:

- Monday morning General Paediatric outpatient clinic the week after ward service
- Thursday afternoon teaching attendance

- One night per week from 1700-0800 (currently Tuesday nights) and Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights of ward service week

About the Department
As part of Monash Health, Victoria’s largest public health service, our Cath Lab delivers cutting-edge, minimally invasive procedures including coronary angiography, angioplasty, structural heart interventions (TAVI, PFO/ASD closures), cardiac rhythm management (pacemakers, defibrillators), and electrophysiology studies.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of cardiac nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals committed to exceptional care and outstanding outcomes. Our nurses rotate through interventional and rhythm management labs, perform scrub/scout and anaesthetic support roles, and contribute to emergency on-call services.
There are full-time ongoing and 12 month temporary contracts on offer. Part-time hours potentially available for those with significant Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

Working within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team, the role will coordinate training, provide practical advice on hazardous manual handling and equipment, and collaborate with key stakeholders to reduce musculoskeletal injury risks across clinical and non-clinical areas. About the Department / Program
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team supports a safe, healthy and sustainable working environment across Monash Health. The Manual Handling (Move Smart) Program partners with clinical and non-clinical teams to reduce musculoskeletal injury risks through practical training, specialist advice, risk assessment and guidance on safe work practices and equipment, while supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.
About the Role
Join our team as a Manual Handling Coordinator on a full-time basis, working across Monash Health hospitals and clinics. In this role, you will work under the leadership of the Manual Handling Program Team Leader and collaborate with the broader Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team and stakeholders across Monash Health. You will:

Coordinate, deliver and continuously improve manual handling training for clinical and non-clinical employees;
