About The RoleThis role will primarily work to address health care needs for Aboriginal peoples and their families residing in Anyinginyi Health's four remote Barkly communities/ outstation service delivery areas (Wogyala, Corella Creek, Mungkarta and Nuramin including; other smaller Barkly outstations that may have Anyinginyi Health clients and families residing from time to time).
The Rural Remote Team Leader will coordinate and work within a small team providing community-based approach to the Barkly remote communities and outstations in accordance with the Anyinginyi Health, Primary Health Care Delivery Model. Based in Tennant Creek. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. Directly managing the Rural and remote health team. Provide leadership and support for this team to provide remote outreach clinics and promote health awareness and provide public health responses, health assessments, screening, treatment, management and contact tracing follow ups in the Barkly region. You will be required to participate in the continuity of patient care, being a leader and coordinator in helping improve patient and better community outcomes within the role.
The occupant of this position will be expected to comply with and demonstrate a positive commitment to the highest level of achievement in Equal Employment Opportunity, Work Health & Safety, Code of Conduct, Quality Improvement, Performance Management, Client and to ensure Focus and Confidentiality throughout the course of their duties.
- Plan and provide regular remote outreach community screening, health assessments, and treatment for Individual clients and their families as per the Northern Territory CARPA standard treatment manual.
- Provide referrals and bookings for both primary health care health assessments, completion of health checks, CDMP's and referrals of them including allied health specialist appointments.
- Provide immunisations as per the current NT immunisation schedule and including CDC guidelines.
- Provide STI&BBV contact tracing, treatment, management and follow up.
- Collaborate with AHAC clinics and CDC to provide follow up treatment and management of preventable diseases. Lead and provide health education awareness for population health and notifiable disease outbreaks.
- Work in collaboration with the entire clinical team to meet the aims and objectives of the Strategic Plan.
- Provide regular monthly quality data reports to the Clinical Practice Manager.
- Comply with all organisational policies and procedures
- In conjunction with the management team and the CQI officer, develop, implement and participate in continuous quality improvement projects, and initiatives and adjust clinic practice in accordance with findings.
- Actively participate in the completion of health checks on all eligible clients (Medicare item number 715), care plans (Medicare item number 721) and team care arrangements (Medicare item number 723) on all eligible clients including regular reviews (Medicare item number 732) of clients with a chronic disease.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and service providers in the Barkly Region with a focus on adopting a holistic approach to ensure agencies are working together to address the key responsibilities of this position in relation to care delivery in remote communities.
- Supervise the work within Rural Remote Team.
To be considered for this position, you must possess current registration as a Nurse and or Aboriginal Health Practitioner. and evidenced understanding of the Primary Health Care system and key issues relevant to closing the gap in health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Experience working with an Aboriginal organisation or communities will be highly regarded but is not essential, provided you are able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the issues pertaining to Aboriginal Primary Health Care and the social determinants of health in our surrounding communities.

The Opportunity
Following the recent acquisition of another Phase 2 asset, Dimerix are seeking a Project Manager, Drug Development to drive the planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting of cross-functional and external activities across its drug development programs. Reporting to the Strategic Alliance Director, this role is central to managing multiple concurrent programs and supporting resource allocation across the business:
- Create and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets for drug development programs.
- Monitor cross-functional deliverables and milestones across clinical, non-clinical, CMC/manufacturing, and regulatory workstreams.
- Coordinate external vendors, including CROs, CDMOs, and specialist consultants, to ensure delivery to agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
- Facilitate project team meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action follow-up.
- Maintain risk and issue registers, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation and resolution.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for the Senior Management Team and Board.
- Support budget tracking, including purchase orders, invoice review, and forecast inputs.
- Manage program timelines and interdependencies across concurrent development programs, supporting resource allocation and capacity planning with functional leads.

The Requirements
- At least 2 years' project management experience in drug development within a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO setting.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional development activities across clinical, CMC, non-clinical, and regulatory workstreams.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors, including CROs and specialist consultants.
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, with proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet or similar tools, and Microsoft 365.
- Sound understanding of the drug development pathway from non-clinical studies through clinical development to registration.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, global partners, and vendors.

About The RoleYou will be a senior medical member of the Adult Community Mental Health Service (ACMHS), a multidisciplinary team based service that includes specialist mental health nurses (including a GP liaison CNC), psychologists, allied health clinicians, and peer support workers. You will be working in a service alongside other senior medical officers, and psychiatry trainees. The goals of the ACMHS is to deliver consumer-focused, contemporary and meaningful care that meets the needs of consumers across several phases of care. Our ability to provide care coordination to consumers with
varied needs is supported by the many specialist facets of our service.
Our team based model is founded on the principles of collaborative and shared decision making between the senior medical member, clinical manager and team clinicians. The ESMHS has 5 teams across two sites, and your position will be to provide leadership and clinical care in one of these teams. Here's what you'll need
To succeed in this role, you will bring
- Listed as a Victorian Heritage Advisor, with the qualifications and experience required to lead CHMPs and supervise fieldwork in accordance with the Minister's Guidelines
