The Medical Imaging Department provides a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound services. This is a full-time, fixed-term position, with 80 hours per fortnight. Applications for part-time hours are also welcome.
The primary role of the Sonographer is to provide professional and efficient imaging services to patients and clients of NHW. The classification is commensurate with the level of experience under the Allied Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement and requires an ability to perform various imaging examinations in accordance with the medical imaging department protocols.
The Sonographer is required to:
- make accurate diagnostic decisions

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workersto join our care team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
What You'll Love Doing:
- Prioritising resident hygiene, safety, and wellbeing
- Supporting physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs
- Delivering exceptional person-centred care
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Reporting accurately and promptly on resident care
What You'll Need:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Previous experience in aged care
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2025 Influenza vaccination
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Police Check)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Warm and effective communication skills
