As part of their responsibilities, the SRBA provides supervision to selected school and regional staff who are pursuing Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) accreditation with the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia (ABAA). As per the ABAA guidelines, as a supervisor you will be a CBA, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behaviour Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D) in good standing and must also meet ongoing continuing professional development (CPD) requirements to maintain registration and the ability to provide supervision. The role will also involve providing direct behavioural assessment and intervention for individual students. The direct work will involve coaching regional and school teams to use behavioural science to respond to students with behaviours of concern. About Your New RoleThis role will provide assistance to the Medical Director to ensure effective clinical governance standards and the highest quality of care are provided across the four St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne facilitates.

About the RoleReporting to the AFL Head Doctor, the Associate Club Doctor plays a key role in delivering expert medical care across the Carlton Football Club's AFL, AFLW and VFL programs. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced doctor to gain exposure to an elite AFL environment through a supporting AFL medical role, while also taking primary responsibility as the Lead Doctor for the AFLW and VFL programs.
This role provides medical support across training and match day environments and plays an integral part in health, fitness and injury management - contributing to medical decision-making regarding player welfare and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary high-performance team.
The role offers genuine breadth of clinical experience, working across multiple elite football programs to oversee player health and wellbeing, support injury prevention and management, and facilitate safe and effective return-to-play outcomes.
The Associate Club Doctor will be engaged as an Independent Contractor under a Medical Services Agreement and appointed as an AFL Official, with a requirement to comply with all AFL rules, regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct player injury consultations, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management, and referral to appropriate specialists where required. Communicate findings, recommendations and management plans to relevant coaches and members of the medical and high-performance teams.
- Provide expert advice on injury prognosis, return-to-play timelines and potential performance impacts, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and oversee rehabilitation plans.
- Take a lead role in medical decision-making regarding player health, welfare and safe participation in training and competition.
- Determine when a player is medically fit to commence conditioning programs, rejoin team training and return to competition following injury or illness.
- Coordinate medical imaging, specialist consultations and other investigations, ensuring outcomes and recommendations are appropriately communicated and documented.
- Participate in regular multidisciplinary meetings with coaching, medical, high-performance and allied health staff to monitor player health, wellbeing and performance, and provide relevant updates and reports.
- Oversee and monitor rehabilitation programs delivered by high-performance and allied health staff to ensure alignment with medical recommendations and return-to-play objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including injury management, treatment plans and medication use, in compliance with Club, AFL and relevant medical governance requirements.
- Provide medical coverage at training sessions, match days and other football-related activities as required.
- Medical degree with current AHPRA registration, maintained throughout the engagement.
- Significant postgraduate experience in sports medicine, including the assessment, diagnosis and management of injuries within elite sporting environments.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Sport and Exercise Medicine and/or Fellowship of the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians (FACSEP) would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Sport and Exercise Medicine.
- Experience working within a high-performance sporting program, preferably within the AFL industry.
- Appropriate professional indemnity, medical malpractice and public liability insurance.
- Demonstrated experience supporting female athletes and an understanding of women's health considerations in elite sport would be highly regarded, including RED-S, menstrual health, female athlete health, and contemporary approaches to musculoskeletal assessment and management.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear, timely and audience-appropriate updates regarding player availability, injuries, treatment plans and rehabilitation progress.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary high-performance environment, building effective relationships with coaches, medical specialists, allied health practitioners and high-performance staff.

About the RoleYou will provide clinical support across our Northern Academy program, with a focus on early access to assessment, treatment, screening and rehabilitation.
Working closely with our Physiotherapy, Physical Performance and High Performance teams, you'll support athletes through injury assessment and management, gym and field rehabilitation and return-to-performance, while helping maintain consistent clinical standards across the player pathway.
You'll provide injury assessment, treatment, screening, clinical triage and referral; design and deliver gym and field rehabilitation programs; attend scheduled Academy training and individual clinical appointments; and maintain accurate clinical notes, rehabilitation plans and athlete management system records.
Importantly, you'll work collaboratively across the broader High Performance team to ensure clear communication and continuity of care as athletes develop and progress through the pathway.
What You'll BringYou'll be a registered Physiotherapist with strong clinical reasoning, rehabilitation and communication skills and an interest in working with developing athletes.

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist and appropriate professional indemnity

About the Role
Located in Dubbo, (Central West NSW), BaptistCare's Kintyre Lodge Aged Care Home is a warm and welcoming community that provides 24-hour care and support to its (81) residents.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join us as Residential Manager. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall operational, clinical, financial, and people management outcomes of the Home.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will drive quality care, staff engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement, and be supported by a Leadership & Management Team including, Care Team Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Education & Quality Supervisor, Lifestyle Coordinator and Chef Manager. BaptistCare's Innovation & Quality Team and Support Services provide ongoing remote and onsite support. .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations of the Home, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and overall service delivery.
- Create and maintain a positive, safe and inclusive environment for residents, families and employees.
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment, retention, coaching, capacity building and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, occupancy and minutes of care compliance. .
- Maintain compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS, Fair Work and relevant legislation.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, health professionals and community stakeholders.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee effective incident, risk and complaints management processes to ensure outstanding outcomes for residents and families.
About You
You are a confident and collaborative leader with a proven ability to inspire teams, drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional resident outcomes.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Bachelor qualification in Nursing or Allied Health.
- Management qualification or equivalent leadership experience.
- Minimum five years' senior management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Minimum five years' clinical experience.
- Sound understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, "HELF", aged care funding models, government subsidies and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated success managing a medium to large residential aged care home or comparable healthcare service.
- Strong financial acumen, managing performance to budgeted outcomes and effective workforce planning experience in the meeting of minutes of care quarterly targets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience leading organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to balance competing priorities while achieving quality of care and business related agreed outcomes.

Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services Ltd (KAMS) is the peak regional Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Established in 1986, KAMS was formed to provide a unified voice for Aboriginal health and wellbeing, and to deliver centralised resources and collective advocacy in partnership with its Member Services. KAMS is governed by a Board of Directors made up of Aboriginal health leaders from across its Member Services.
KAMS is a proud member of the Aboriginal Health Council of WA (AHCWA), the Council of Aboriginal Services Western Australia (CASWA), and the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO).
Position OverviewKimberley Aboriginal Medical Services has an opportunities for a Remote Area Nurse to join their friendly, multidisciplinary team in Kutjungka Region (Mulan Community), on a full time basis, roster 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, you will be required to work as part of a team delivering coordinated and comprehensive Primary Health and emergency care to clients and their community. Remote Area Nurse will be required to work as part of a team delivering coordinated and comprehensive Primary Health and Emergency Care to clients and their community.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will undertake a range of responsibilities including:
- Provide professional, evidence-based primary health care to individuals, families and the community utilising a holistic and culturally acceptable approach.
- Practice according to KAMS endorsed guidelines (Kimberley Protocols, CARPA Standard Treatment Manual etc ), KAMS policies and procedures, and relevant legislation to meet health care outcomes.
- Provide professional, evidence-based primary health care to individuals, families and the community utilising a holistic and culturally acceptable approach.
- Maintain the competency requirements of the Remote Area Nurse position. Some professional development requirements must be undertaken prior to the commencement of employment or as soon as possible after commencing employment, and maintained as scheduled:
- Remote Emergency Care Course or equivalent - every 2 years
- Maternity Emergency Care Course or equivalent - every 2 years
- Triage Emergency Care - once
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) - every year
- Pharmicotherapuetics Course- every 5 years
- Immunisation Provider WA - once plus yearly update
- 4WD Course - every 5 years
- Ambulance Stretcher Training - every 2 years
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nursewith a minimum 5 years post graduate experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery of comprehensive primary health care, including emergency care.
- Demonstrated good understanding of cultural safety and a commitment to the principles of Aboriginal Community-Controlled health services.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and work as an effective member of a team.

Salary & BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary of $127,618, along with a range of attractive benefits including:
- Annual Airfare of $1,285 per annum pro rata (after 12 months continuous service).

- Isolation Airfare of $2,000 reimbursement
- Retention Bonus of $10,000 (after 2 years of continuous service and 12 months thereafter)
- Availability Allowance of 25% of base salary.
