About the Role
As our Psychological Services National Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through new partnerships, strategic account management, and customer development across our Psychological Services division.
You'll bring experience in Psychological Services, EAP, Workplace Mental Health, Occupational Rehabilitation, Health Services, or a similar industry, along with a strong understanding of employer wellbeing solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Secure new employer partnerships and grow existing customer relationships
- Build trusted relationships with HR, People & Culture and executive stakeholders
- Drive engagement and utilisation of EAP, workplace mental health and psychological wellbeing services
- Analyse workforce and utilisation data to identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations
- Lead tenders, proposals and partnership opportunities to drive sustainable growth
