We're seeking an experienced and influential leader to join our executive team and drive excellence across practice, planning and clinical governance.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the frameworks, standards and systems that support safe, high-quality and person-centred services across a large and complex organisation.
The RoleReporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this enterprise leadership role is responsible for leading Practice Excellence, Customer Planning and Clinical Governance across Aruma.
You will drive the development of contemporary frameworks, policies and systems that strengthen participant outcomes, support operational excellence and ensure strong governance, safeguarding and compliance practices.
Partnering closely with Executive leaders, you will provide strategic direction, influence organisational decision-making and lead initiatives that enhance the quality and consistency of services across the organisation.
About YouYou are a strategic and collaborative leader with significant experience in disability, health, aged care or community services.
You have successfully led practice excellence, quality, clinical governance or service improvement functions within complex organisations and are recognised for your ability to influence, drive change and deliver sustainable outcomes.
You will bring:
- Senior leadership experience in disability, health, aged care or community services.
- Expertise in clinical governance, practice excellence, quality, safeguarding and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred practice.
- Experience leading large-scale organisational improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, allied health, human services, governance, quality or a related discipline.
Strategic Leadership
- Provide enterprise-wide leadership across Practice Excellence, Customer Planning and Clinical Governance.
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve participant outcomes and organisational capability.
- Partner with Executive leaders to embed best practice across Aruma.
Practice Excellence & Clinical Governance
- Lead and strengthen practice and clinical governance frameworks.
- Drive evidence-based practice, safeguarding and quality improvement.
- Ensure policies and systems support safe, effective and person-centred service delivery.
Customer Planning, Governance & Risk
- Oversee customer planning frameworks that support both participant outcomes and service sustainability.
- Strengthen organisational capability in risk, compliance and quality assurance.
- Monitor emerging trends and risks to inform strategic decision-making.
Leadership & Culture
- Develop high-performing teams and future leaders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
