As a QC Team Leader, you will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring testing activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality systems and regulatory requirements. • Lead and develop a team of QC Scientists, Analysts, and Technicians.
• Ensure QC testing activities are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

• Review and approve testing activities and quality documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualifications (Masters) are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a highly regulated industry.
• Strong exposure to GMP or related quality systems.
