About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FEMALE Support Worker to support a female client in Bacchus Marsh for Community Access and Respite services.

• Provide one-on-one support to participants in the community.
• Assistance with public transport access
• Assistance with meal preparation
• Assist with daily living skills and goal-focused activities.
• Foster independence, inclusion, and confidence.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and uphold participant confidentiality.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.

• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Valid Driver's Licence + access to a reliable vehicle
• Previous disability/community support experience
