Reporting to the Director of Dental , you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, clinical governance, and employee engagement across multiple dental centres. As a key leader within the business, you will support Dental Coordinators, assistants, and Dentists to deliver outstanding patient experiences while achieving strategic and commercial objectives . The Responsibilities- Lead, coach and develop Dental Managers, Coordinators and centre teams
- Drive operational performance, consistency and continuous improvement across the State
- Deliver State financial targets including growth, profitability and cost management
- Monitor and improve key business metrics including chair utilisation, patient numbers, recalls and booking rates
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, accreditation and quality standards
- Implement State strategies aligned to business objectives and growth plans
- Build strong relationships with Dentists, suppliers and industry stakeholders

- Support service excellence initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and retention

About You
- AHPRA Registered Nurse or Paramedic.
- You will be required to provide a Working with Children's check, National Police check if not already obtained and International police check where relevant.

- 5 years post graduate experience preferred.
