Epworth Freemasons is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with expertise in Urodynamics to join our specialist team on a part-time basis (0.4 EFT) at our East Melbourne campus. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded multidisciplinary team, delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and professional environment.
You will make an impact by:
- Providing a high level of nursing care to your patient during their theatre journey
- Assist the urologist or gynaecologist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Performing urodynamic studies
- Assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of patients
- Monitoring the condition of patients during procedures and reporting changes
For you to be successful in this role:
You are a good communicator, flexible in your approach and have natural ability to show compassion and empathy to patients. Solutions-focused with the patient at the heart of all your decisions, you enjoy collaborating with a team of like-minded social theatre nurses. Ability to work closely with urologists and other specialists to develop appropriate treatment plans.
You will have:
- Relevant urodynamic experience
- Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing registration
- Ability to work a Monday – Friday rotating roster (AM shifts)

St Andrews War Memorial Hospital are seeking to appoint a Clinical Nurse Manager to provide clinical, operational and professional leadership across our Scrub/Scout Services.
Leading a large, multi-disciplinary team, you will oversee the ongoing delivery and development of procedural services across our 15 Theatres – applying your operational knowledge, leadership capability and communication skills to effectively lead your team to success.
You’ll collaborate effectively with other healthcare leaders in the hospital, working together to deliver optimal patient-outcomes through exceptional clinical care.
A diverse role, you will:
- Achieve optimal patient outcomes and objectives through effective leadership and direction Lead your people through identifying opportunities for development, learning, and improvement.
- Support safe and efficient operational management of Scrub/Scout services.
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment, staff development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Champion quality, safety and clinical governance through accreditation readiness, risk management and quality improvement activities.
- Monitor service performance, workforce utilisation and operational outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with medical staff and hospital leaders to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- Lead service improvement, innovation and digital health initiatives that support best-practice perioperative care.

About the role
We are seeking applications for a Peer Support Worker to join our Social Outreach team in Bunbury, on a permanent part-time basis.
Working as a Peer Support Worker, you will provide the highest level of support to individuals who are provided with a service by South-West Community Alcohol and Drug Services (SWCADS). This will be achieved through the implementation of services and programs that are flexible and individualised in response to each person being supported.
We value lived experience and see peer support as crucial part of the AOD recovery. Our Peer Support Worker roles are designed for individuals ready to share their journey to guide and inspire others AOD issues. Your insights will be vital in shaping understanding, enhancing our services, and ensuring we provide person-led, strengths-focused, recovery-oriented support.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in a range of appropriate programs and activities aimed at increasing the individual’s skills, knowledge and improve access to required services in the community.
- Provide the highest level of support for individuals supported and ensure each person supported is treated with respect that enhances their personal worth, dignity and rights, at all times.
- Assist in achieving individual’s, team and service goals and objectives.
- Seek ways of improving the service standards through working closely with clinical care givers, AOD prevention staff, line managers and contributing to meetings.
- Maintain a high level of service provision for all individuals and ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of all people supported and staff is maintained at all times.
- Support the identified needs of individuals in relation to their particular life circumstances.
To be successfully shortlisted, applicants will have a Certificate IV or above in a related field (Community Services, AOD, Mental Health) with lived experience.
Successful applicants must hold a valid WA drivers’ licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.

We are seeking a proactive Pathology Billing Team Leader to oversee end to end billing operations, drive team performance, and ensure accurate, timely revenue processes.
Lead daily operations
Manage specialised billing enquiries and processes

Coordinate team workflows, distribute debt collection tasks, monitor performance metrics, and facilitate weekly team meetings and continuous process improvement.

About the opportunity
The role of the Credit Officer is to ensure that all outstanding accounts, reconciliations, adjustments and refunds are processed/collected in a timely and effective manner. In this role you will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and a strong customer service/support focus. You will have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to streamlining processes while reporting into the Revenue & Collections Manager.
- Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts.
- Follow up outstanding invoices keeping a record to substantiation of Debt
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders relating to Debtor balances.
- Determine payment arrangements with debtor
- Investigate and reverse payments that are rejected or dishonored
- Report/Flag Doubtful Debtors and provide relevant supporting documents to support recommendation
- Assistance in notifying debtors when on over on under payment has been made
- Raising associated reporting records
- Receipting of revenue when required

The Position
Assesses plans, delivers and evaluates patient care, seeking support from senior staff as required.
Promotes and contributes to effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the ward and within the hospital.
Provides patient education and acts as a resource where appropriate.
Supports and supervises staff and students as required, including orientating and preceptoring staff.
Contributes to the achievement of Hospital and Clinical Services operational objectives.
You will be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Midwife, with recent clinical experience within Maternity or similar environment. A sound knowledge of relevant legislation, professional codes, and standards is essential, along with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development

- Assist in achieving individual’s, team and service goals and objectives.

About the Intensive Care Service
RPA Intensive Care Service currently consists of four specialised clinical pods:

- Neuroscience and Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit (NSICU) Delivering specialised care to patients with complex neurosurgical and neurological conditions, including stroke, neurovascular and cranial surgery patients.

We are currently recruiting for two part-time leadership opportunities within our Postnatal team, with positions available at 0.6 EFT and 0.7 EFT. These roles are ideal for clinicians who are passionate about postnatal care and looking to further their leadership journey.
In these positions, you will work closely with the Maternity Services leadership team and receive ongoing support from the Unit Manager. In additional to the Post Natal unit, our Maternity Services department consists of 9 birth suites, 10 special care nursery cots and a 4 bed hospital in the Park Hyatt Hotel and currently accommodates approximately 3,000 births per annum.

You will either be in an ANUM/AMUM role or looking to step into a fantastic leadership role. Salary range is $120,595 - $124,661 + super + entitlements ,depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).

- Current unrestricted midwifery registration with AHPRA
- Previous experience and a passion for working in Post Natal units
- Contemporary knowledge of best practice in maternity and newborn nursing care and the patient journey
- Essential-Minimum 3 yrs exp after Post Grad
