Epworth Freemasons, one of Victoria’s leading maternity hospitals, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Midwives to join our Postnatal and Birth Suite Unit/s in East Melbourne.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing expert midwifery care to postnatal mothers and newborns, including advice on feeding, baby care, and maternal recovery.
- Monitoring and assessing the health and wellbeing of both mother and baby, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring a seamless, patient-centered experience through collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Role-modeling empathy, compassion, and professionalism in your interactions with patients and families.
- Continuously enhancing your skills by participating in ongoing education and staying current with best practices in maternity care.
What We’re Looking For:
- AHPRA Registration as a Midwife (essential).
- Previous experience in a Birth Suite and/or Postnatal ward.
- Postgraduate qualification plus a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, or Completion of a Graduate Year plus 1 year of clinical experience.
- A strong understanding of contemporary maternity and newborn care practices.
- A passion for providing exceptional, empathetic care to women and their families
- Available to work across a rotating roster covering Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts

The opportunity
The role of Admissions Coordinator is responsible for managing and driving our sales pipelines for our Waratah residential site. This includes sourcing and supporting prospective residents, and their representatives, and meeting occupancy targets; as well as partnering with prospective alliances in care (eg hospitals, social workers, etc), communicating clearly the services and benefits HammondCare offers.
Alongside local Residential Care Operations colleagues, the role will also work to ensure that prospective residents, and their representatives, understand the service delivery and financial costs associated with the provision of Residential Services.
The Admissions Coordinator will liaise with the residential management team to ensure the best possible decision can be made with respect to the admission of new residents.
This is a permanent on-site, full-time role based at our residential home in Waratah with the flexibility to work in Cardiff from time to time.
The role also supports our Scone site and will require travel to Scone once every three months with overnight stays. An Australian Driver’s licence and access to your own car is essential.

Responsibilities
- Drive and own the “enquiries to arrivals” process and pipeline, for potential residents into HammondCare Residential Care while delivering on occupancy targets
- Proactive stakeholder and relationship management (internal and external)
- The development and implementation of a streamlined, timely and positive experience for prospective residents journey into our Residential Care services in collaboration with the Regional Admissions Lead and together with the Residential Care Operations team articulate HammondCare’s differentiated services to prospective residents and their representatives, communicating clearly the services and benefits HammondCare offers
- Ensure that prospective residents and their representatives understand the costs associated with moving into residential aged care, and the different payment options that are available to them
- Provide all necessary information to key stakeholders, to ensure the best possible decision can be made with respect to admission of new residents
- Create streamlined and timely processes in order to understand prospective resident’s, and their representatives’, needs, goals and preferences and admit them to those HammondCare Residential services which best meet their needs
- In consultation with Regional Admissions Lead, actively implement and improve the enquiry to admission plans to meet Residential Services targets
- Leadership and effective day-to-day management of the residential care, “sales” pipe-line for the site
- Conduct surveys with our residents/families
- Effectively promote our organisational reputation, driving occupancy levels and fulfilling our mission in consultation with the Regional Admissions Lead
- Maintain strong and effective relationships with the Residential Care Operational teams, Marketing, Finance and other key internal and external stakeholders
- Develop effective and efficient communications with prospective residents and their representatives
- Actively develop regular networking with other HammondCare services and external related organisations (in local clinical and social networks) to promote Residential Care and facilitate clear referral pathways for prospective residents
- Understanding and use of CRM systems to manage data and relationships
About you
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- At least 3 year’s demonstrated experience in a busy administration role
- Experience working in a sales capacity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- The ability to engage with external stakeholders and develop relationships to better promote HammondCare
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy, compassion and patience with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Financial acumen
- Experience and knowledge of Aged Care fees and charges and be able to apply this to the preparation of resident agreements – desirable

The opportunity
The role of Admissions Coordinator is responsible for managing and driving our sales pipelines for our Waratah residential site. This includes sourcing and supporting prospective residents, and their representatives, and meeting occupancy targets; as well as partnering with prospective alliances in care (eg hospitals, social workers, etc), communicating clearly the services and benefits HammondCare offers.

- Drive and own the “enquiries to arrivals” process and pipeline, for potential residents into HammondCare Residential Care while delivering on occupancy targets

Applications for suitably qualified medical practitioners for the position Interventional Radiology/Interventional Neuroradiology Unaccredited Junior Registrar at Monash Health Imaging. Applicants must hold a medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent) which is recognised for non-provisional registration by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. The position is offered on a 12-month fixed term basis.
About the Department
Monash Health Radiology is the largest public provider of imaging, therapeutic and interventional services within Australia with over 600 staff across the network. We provide Interventional Radiology (IR) and Interventional Neuroradiology (INR) services at 6 sites of the Monash Health network (Victorian Heart Hospital, Monash Medical Centre, Monash Children’s Hospital, Dandenong Hospital, Moorabbin Hospital and Casey Hospital).
We perform more than 2000 body angiography procedures and 500 neuro angiography procedures as well as more than 4000 non-vascular image guided procedures per year. Including paediatric IR procedures.
The department also performs more than 18000 diagnostic vascular studies per year across US, CT and MRI and our Interventional Radiologists and Interventional Neuroradiologists also report a wide variety of non-vascular diagnostic studies.
The service has a large inpatient consult service across multiple hospitals, with strong collaboration with our colleagues in various medical and surgical specialities. We also have a growing outpatient service, with regular clinics for BodyIR, Venous Incompetence, and Vascular Anomalies.
About the Role
We are now looking to appoint an Interventional Radiology/Interventional Neuroradiology Unaccredited Junior Registrar. The Interventional Radiology/Interventional Neuroradiology Unaccredited Junior Registrar position will encompass clinical, educational and research responsibilities in an Interventional Radiology and Interventional Neuroradiology setting.

Assist with inpatient clinical review, referrals and ward rounds in consultation with senior registrars/fellows/consultants.

Attend outpatient clinics, including arranging relevant imaging examinations and clinical consultations for IR/INR patients.

Together with the Interventional Bookings Office staff, arrange anaesthetic support and ward/ICU beds for appropriate IR/INR patients.

About the Role
Under the direct supervision of the Consultant, the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NPP) is required to provide clinical care for infants under the care of Monash Newborn, delivering the highest standard of care to infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) Special Care Nursery (SCN) and postnatal wards. The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner role is pivotal within Monash Newborn to support standardisation of practice across the medical and nursing teams, contribution to research and quality improvement and provide neonatal expertise.

About Us
Across 3 sites of Monash Health, Monash Newborn provides neonatal services to support over 9,000 births a year and is responsible for the provision of neonatal services for Monash Health within the Monash Children’s Hospital Clayton, Dandenong and Casey campuses, functioning together as a single integrated service with a hierarchy of complexity. About 4,500 babies are born each year at Clayton to a selected high-risk maternity population, while lower risk mothers are managed at Dandenong and Casey Hospitals, which have about 2,500 births at each site each year respectively.
The neonatal nursery in Monash Children’s Hospital has a combined neonatal intensive care and special care capacity of 64 cots. Supported by a comprehensive range of paediatric specialty services at Monash Children’s, the neonatal service is able to provide the full range of medical and surgical care of the newborn with the exception only of ECMO and cardiac surgery.
Monash Newborn’s neonatal nurseries on the Dandenong and Casey campuses currently have a total of 3 beds and 20 beds respectively.
About You
We currently have an opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner candidate to join our team at Monash Newborn at our Clayton Campus, Monash Childern's Hospital. With your passion towards neonates and your caring and engaging manner, you will play a pivotal role in Patient and family centred care. Using your excellent communication skills, you will work closely with a varied team of Health professionals across Monash Health with the sole purpose of delivering exceptional critical care at all times. Key responsibilities

Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and reliable team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence using computer systems for data entry and inventory-related activities.
You will demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety, quality service and confidentiality, along with the physical capability to undertake warehouse operations and manual handling tasks. A professional approach, positive attitude and strong work ethic will enable you to build effective relationships and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
Previous experience as a Storeperson in a warehouse or distribution setting, experience with inventory or warehouse management systems, and exposure to the healthcare sector will be highly regarded. Relevant certifications such as Manual Handling training, a First Aid Certificate, a current Victorian Medium Rigid Driver's Licence and a Forklift Licence are desirable but not essential.

Your part in The Wesley Hospital team
As a Dining Host at the Wesley Hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service delivery to all customers including patients, staff and visitors within the food services department.

The Role
The Neonatal Division Nursing Co-Director (along with the Medical Co-Director) is jointly responsible and accountable for achieving the day to day operational management of the Neonatal Division. These will be achieved in accordance with the policies of NSW Health, SESLHD, RHW, and other relevant legislative and statutory bodies.
The Co-Directors will provide vision and leadership in the Division and will foster excellence in the delivery of clinical services, corporate responsibilities, and in teaching and research.
The Co-Directors will together direct the day to day clinical and corporate activities of the Division consistent with Hospital objectives through a structure that facilitates participatory management with department heads and senior managers, decentralisation of decision-making, and teamwork in the provision of clinical services.
The Co-Directors will be required to represent and promote the hospital through participation on committees and professional bodies as required.
This role represents a collaborative partnership with the Medical Clinical Co-Director. Whilst the Neonatal Division Medical and Nursing Clinical Co-Directors have different time commitments to the co-directorship, both Co-Directors are jointly accountable for forming a partnership to plan, co-ordinate and deliver the clinical services of the Division.
The Co-Directors will be responsible for key activities in the following functional areas:
- Clinical / healthcare practice
