About the Role

Juniper is seeking a passionate and proactive Psychosocial Safety Advisor to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, based at our Juniper Central Head Office in Balcatta.

Reporting to the Work Health and Safety Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening Juniper's approach to psychosocial safety, workplace wellbeing and risk management.

Working collaboratively with leaders, employees and our People and Culture team, you'll help identify and manage psychosocial risks, embed preventative practices and deliver meaningful initiatives that create safer, healthier and more supportive workplaces across our organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify, assess and manage psychosocial hazards, developing practical strategies to minimise workplace risks.
• Support the development and implementation of psychosocial risk management frameworks, systems and monitoring processes.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to strengthen awareness, capability and accountability for psychosocial safety.
• Develop and deliver workplace wellbeing initiatives, training and education programs.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Juniper's Health and Wellness Plan, with a focus on psychological health and safety.
• Monitor emerging risks, evaluate program effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support workplace mental health initiatives, including wellbeing champions and mental health first aid programs.
• Promote a proactive approach to psychosocial safety that supports employee wellbeing and organisational performance.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

• A relevant bachelor's qualification in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Counselling or Work Health and Safety.
• An understanding of psychosocial hazards, workplace mental health, WHS legislation and risk management principles.
• Experience or exposure to psychosocial safety, workplace wellbeing, WHS, injury management or related programs.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.

About the role (What you'll be doing)

We're looking for a Senior Manager for Conversion and Lifecycle to shape and own how Pilot/ Hims converts and retains patients through its digital experience.

This role will shape how thousands of patients experience Hims at the moments that matter most. From patient onboarding through ongoing engagement and retention, you'll define the strategy and priorities across conversion, retention and cross-sell, ensuring we build clear, trustworthy, high-performing experiences that support patients to start and succeed in care.

Your core metrics will centre on conversion, retention, reactivation and long-term value (LTV). You'll lead the team to identify opportunities, prioritise improvements, and deliver meaningful enhancements to the patient journey, raising the bar on quality, clarity, and performance across every key touchpoint.

You'll lead the function and report directly to the General Manager, Hims Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Own Hims' conversion, retention and LTV strategy
• Define and lead the roadmap across quiz flows, onboarding, lifecycle journeys, and key retention touchpoints, patient reactivation - tying experimentation directly to improvements in conversion, retention and LTV.
• Lead the conversion and lifecycle function
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team across CRO, CRM, product strategy and design. Set a clear bar for quality, pace, accountability, and impact.
• Deeply understand the patient mindset
• Go beyond surface metrics. Analyse behavioural data, speak to patients, map friction and motivation, and translate insight into clear, high-impact initiatives.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Growth to deliver intuitive, trustworthy, and high-converting experiences across onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Drive disciplined experimentation and prioritisation
• Establish testing frameworks, prioritisation logic, and reporting standards that ensure effort is focused on the highest-leverage opportunities.
• Be accountable for performance outcomes
• Own conversion, retention, and LTV metrics. Diagnose shifts quickly, make decisive trade-offs, and focus the team on what moves the needle.

About the Role and where you'll be working:

With just 26 rooms, the small residential aged care home has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Residents can freely personalise their rooms to make them feel just right. A compassionate and respectful team of staff support residents to continue pursuing their own interests, backed by individualised clinical care.

Juniper Bethshan has an active social calendar of activities, bus outings and welcoming volunteers and local community members into the home. As a Registered Nurse, you'll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess residents' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure high standards of care. About the role

We're looking for a Growth Manager who thinks about patient acquisition the way a GM thinks about a business. You'll own Hers' growth marketing strategy - from channel investment and budget allocation through to the customer insights and creative ideas that drive it.
This isn't a campaign execution role. You'll be setting the strategic direction: understanding who our patients are and why they come to Hers, turning that insight into high-performing creative and messaging, and making smart commercial trade-offs to grow efficiently. You'll work cross-functionally with creative, clinical, analytics, and product teams across Sydney and the UK.

• Own Hers' patient acquisition strategy end-to-end - from channel mix and budget allocation through to the messaging hypotheses that drive it
