• Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner and Australian work rights
• Experience in Occupational Medicine (ideally 2+ years) or a commitment to move into this field
• Rail AHP, RSHQ EMO/AMA, MRO accreditation or willingness to obtain - support provided if not already qualified
• Strong Clinical Judgment - crucial for effective decision-making and client interactions
• Strong digital literacy and technical competence - KINNECT is a leader in technology-enabled occupational health; high comfort with digital systems is a must
