You will work directly in clients' homes and communities delivering domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, transport to appointments, shopping and social support, with regular training and a supportive leadership team.

Kirinari Community Services Ltd in Wangaratta is hiring Disability Support Workers to provide direct assistance with daily living and personal care in SIL/Group Homes. You will help customers access community activities and maintain a safe, supportive environment around the clock.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, including overnights and weekends, and a willingness to work as part of a collaborative team. Training and onboarding are provided to upskill and progress within Kirinari.

Essential Requirements

• Current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Australian Working Rights
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
• Commitment to child-safe and inclusive practice

Experience supporting children or young people, implementing Behaviour Support Plans or working within therapeutic environments will be highly regarded.
