Laborup is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead the quality function at a new, state-of-the-art precision manufacturing facility in Horsham, PA. This hands-on leadership role requires owning the Quality Management System and staying closely connected to the manufacturing floor. You will drive continuous improvement, lead the quality organization, and partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure close-tolerance components meet demanding customer requirements.
